The 11th Circuit just issued its decision in L. Lin Wood's appeal of the district court's denial of his request for an injunction against the Georgia election results. The decision holds that (a) Wood lacks standing, and (b) even if he didn't, any election challenge is now moot because Georgia already certified its electoral votes.
Fascinating. The opinion states clearly that if the plaintiff was Trump (or any harmed political candidate), there would be standing. But Trump expressly decided NOT to be the plaintiff on this case. There’s a strategy here, I believe. Perhaps to convince the legislature that the voters have no recourse for the harm caused to them, because the courts will not hear their case. Their only recourse is the legislature selection of the electors.
I’m starting to despise these Deep State, Black-Robed Judiciarchs.
Wood is a Ga voter. If we don’t have standing, who does?
SCOTUS will turn it down, too. Lack of standing deprives all voters the opportunity to receive a remedy for their stolen votes in court. Therefore, it’s the legislature’s duty to provide the remedy by choosing the electors.
Standing is an easy fix....add a couple of Georgia voters to the suit.....
To get kicked back for this would be professional malfeasance on the part of Woods...So this had to be intentionally done for some other purpose. I don’t trust Lin Woods.....
However, the real solution is to have the Georgia Legislature pick electors.....
He filed the TRO BEFORE the results were certified. The courts are the ones who stalled until after the results.
He IS a Georgia voter.

Get even one ruling in your favor and THEN spike the football, not before that happens. Not one person who is complicit in stealing this election will ever serve one minute of jail time, and you know it. But if We The People have any say in the remedy, a far more deserving fate awaits them.

He has stated as an independent, that he chooses to vote based on policy and not party. He voted for Nixon, Ford, Reagan, Herman Cain and Trump, twice.. He also defended Herman Cain against false allegations by the democrats.
