that’s why the justices were specifically chosen at each district carefully weeks ago, just for this. Which also explains why Roberts was assigned to DC because he’s a certified Swamp Rat after all..

The USSC won’t really be needed, other than for peripheral legal cover.

Justice Alito has shown courage before.

It is time for him to show it again.

On Monday, Mark Levin was hoping that this would happen. Very good news. Got to get it away from the Mafioso/ Lefties in PA. They have no right to control a national election. Thank you Lord.

I am no expert but they might just rule on the laches and remand the real unconstitutionality question back to the PA supreme. Hot potato no one wants.

Alito’s strategy is simple. He is putting the pressure on all State legislatures to do their job and address the criminal coup heist that has occurred, rise to the occasion, and declare their elections ‘spoiled’ by Criminal Democrat Party fraud and direct their electors to vote for Trump. If that doesn’t happen, the Court will step in with respect to PA. Depending on legislative action, more appeals may be necessary.

PA has already defied Alito twice . . . so Sam can’t be too pleased wif ‘em.

Justice Samuel Alito agreed on Thursday to review an appeal against the ruling of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court that tossed a suit alleging the state’s mail-in voting was unconstitutional.

This is a positive, real development. Hopefully it leads to something.

This is good news. If the state is under dispute, the safe harbor date if 12/8 doesn’t matter.

My understanding Alito setting it the day after safe harbor he actually removes protections of PA and opens PA up to review by congress.

Trump should appeal all cases to the supremes and get dates set after safe harbor. This will allow all those cases to go to congress.
