A judge ruled Thursday that 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse will stand trial on six counts tied to events that occurred in Kenosha, Wisconsin, August 25, 2020.
Rittenhouse was charged with first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, and attempted first-degree intentional homicide following the August 25th deaths of Anthony Huber and Joseph Rosenbaum in Kenosha, Wisconsin, during riots sparked by the police-involved shooting of Jacob Blake. Rittenhouse allegedly shot three people, two of whom succumbed to their wounds.

This is the type of case where one would hope there are jurors who sit politely and simply vote Not Guilty, and never changes that.
No Black Lives were harmed in Kyle's exercise of his Right to Self Defense.
Therefore, no riots.

There must be some reason Kenosha wants to support BLM arsons (plural) and riots.
Probably based on fear of re-occurrence.
He needs to plead guilty NOW! Then Trump can issue a complete and total PARDON.
I don’t see where in the Constitution that 17 year olds and younger must die. Self defense is God given and no limits can sentence anyone to death.

Those shot and killed were all prior felons, who were affiliated with AntiFa, and not BLM.
The AntiFa "medic", himself, was a felon who was ineligible to carry a firearm, ..but no criminal charges posted (?).
No criminal charges at all, neither state, or Federal ! Go figure !

II don’t respond to fears as others, do ive always been the guy who says things to people whom others are afraid of. So ya, I see your point, people are scared.
FIJA! Fully Informed Jury Act! Haven't thought about that since I danced around jury nullification without specifically stating it, and the judge got the hint and dismissed me from jury duty (prison tats meth case).
I’m not saying the law is constitutional. I’m just saying it’s the only one that comes to mind, based on the evidence at hand, that he could be prosecuted for. And it’s really just a traffic ticket. And breaking that law saved his life.
If he hadn’t had that gun and used it, he’d be dead.
Now some may say that having the weapon in plain sight is
what set people off, but they were the problem, not him.
He was not acting out, threatening people.
When the trouble started he defended himself.
That’s what a gun is for.
This judge was probably raised a sheltered child, never
has held a gun, never has been in fear for his life.
This was Self-defense 101. This judge failed.
It’s also punishment by bankruptcy.
He’ll have to hire top notch attorneys, and that will cost
a fortune.
Now, he is going to get funding help, but the judge is
playing into the game of making this as tough as he can on
Kyle, so the next Conservative will just agrees to die on the
spot.
