Juan Williams, co-host of the Fox News afternoon talk show “The Five,” has tested positive for COVID-19, the television personality confirmed with The Hill.
Williams, who is also a columnist at The Hill, said he was informed that he had tested positive Thursday after a routine Monday weekly test at Fox News’s New York headquarters. Upon receiving the news, he took another test, which confirmed he was carrying the virus.
The 66-year-old added that he is experiencing “flu-like symptoms,” including chills and headaches. He added that he was taken from New York to Washington, D.C., where he is staying at a hotel so as not to infect his wife.

Williams had taped a live episode of “The Five” in New York on Wednesday along with several co-hosts, including conservative commentators Jesse Watters and Greg Gutfeld. The hosts all sat about 7 feet apart due to the pandemic. He

He wore the mask.
This can't be correct.
Not true, cloth masks are said to be about 4% effective. Which makes not wearing a condom safer as pregnancy preventative.
Maybe he had a wild weekend with Donna Brazil. Is she still on FOX... I have not been there much but have not seen her when I flipped over there... FINGERS CROSSED
And, of course, tests negative for intelligence.
Does that mean he is off Fox for 14 days?
When I watch ‘’The Five’’ to see Jesse and Greg pontificate, I fast forward through every comment that Juan makes.
Flu-like symptoms means that this virus is more like the flu than the fearsome diseases that or ancestors endured.
I hit the mute button on my keyboard; I can’t stand to listen to his ill views.
Proves you don’t have to be smart to get it...
There have been several studies showing both the efficacy of masks in a controlled laboratory environment and in real use. They all show a benefit to mask wearing.
Aerosol Filtration Efficiency of Common Fabrics Used in Respiratory Cloth Masks discusses results of testing on various fabrics. According to this, the least effective mask consists of a single layer of quilting cotton (9% particle blocking), and the most effective (97% particle blocking) is two layers, one of 600-count cotton (i.e. from expensive sheets) and the other a layer of chiffon (90% polyester, 10% spandex, from JoAnn Fabrics). I have been making masks with three layers, one of the chiffon.
The best protection is when everyone is wearing a mask correctly. Because the effectiveness of a mask is compounded when everyone in the area is wearing one.
Don't be that person who pulls the mask down below your nose as soon as you are out of sight of employees of whatever establishment you are in. This is one behavior that is driving the spread of Covid-19, which has been at record levels lately. Over the last 24 hour period, there have been 217,427 new US cases (the highest yet) and 2,812 new deaths (second highest after the previous 24 hour period).
Oh, and if you believe that masks can't stop the Covid-19 virus but they inhibit breathing, consider this: the virus is hundreds of times larger than oxygen molecules. In other words, holes small enough to block virus are sufficiently large enough to allow oxygen to pass.
“Tests positive”, huh? Well, hopefully he won’t get sick. ... and how could he “test positive” anyway, with all the masking and “distancing” and restrictions and lockdowns imposed by all those political hacks and unelected bureaucrats, huh?
He wasn’t on the five yesterday, Geraldo was in his place.
Get will soon. (Cough, spit)
Maybe Juan can be social distanced to Belmont Island. I’m sure the residents of Roosevelt Island would welcome him with open arms albeit from a distance.
How did he travel from NYC to DC and is now quarantining in a hotel? I travel extensively and every hotel I have been to says you can’t check in if you have Covid or Covid symptoms. Some even specifically make you sign a paper that says you are not quarantining at their hotel. I don’t like his politics and I hope he gets better soon. No one deserves to get a horrible Covid case.
I’m 99.9% sure he wears a mask while alone in the car.

I wish no one ill, but some I don’t wish as hard as others.
Which keeps him safe as being recognized as a 100% ars.
