The Trump campaign will file a lawsuit in Georgia Thursday night contesting the results of the 2020 presidential election in the state, Jordan Sekulow, a member of President Donald Trump’s legal team, said during an appearance on Newsmax TV.
''Might be this evening on the video that we’re seeing just now that will contest the entire election,'' Sekulow told Chris Salcedo in reference to a video out of Fulton County allegedly showing workers counting votes without Republicans or Democrats watching.
''The security camera shows that. That’s a huge election law violation,'' he said. ''That’s illegal. You can’t count votes without anyone watching, send everyone home under a phony pretense that a water main broke that actually happened sometime very early morning and keep counting votes. They’re on video doing that.''
Voting was delayed in Fulton County on Election Night after a water pipe broke at the ballot processing site at State Farm Arena.
The pipe burst at 6:07 a.m. and was repaired within two hours, according to Fulton Commission Chairman Robb Pitts. It wasn’t mentioned by county officials during a 10 a.m. press conference that day.
Trump’s attorneys on Thursday asked the Georgia Legislature to overturn the state’s election results and select their own electors. The Georgia secretary of state’s office after a hand recount in the state declared Joe Biden the winner.

It wasn’t a water main break.
We learned today during the GA Senate hearing, it was a leaky toilet.
For the MSM crowd that keeps repeating that lie that there is no evidence of election fraud, the video is hard to explain. Of course, if a video were to be produced of poll workers with “Biden 2020” T-shirts burning Trump ballots, the MSM would still report that there is no evidence of fraud.

THIS guy should be the point man, not Rudy.
At this point, after having been stabbed so many times in the back, President Trump probably puts a very high premium on having a person that he personally trusts leading the charge.
He's known Rudy for decades. I'm sure he's not as sharp as he was in his prime, but he is fine. And more importantly, the President can trust him.
I believe Jordan Sekulow is very good, but I can understand why Rudy is leading the President's team. Hopefully Jordan can still continue to provide his excellent support.
A copy of the video was provided to the Trump Georgia team over a week ago by a whistleblower.
But the Trump team subpoenaed the Security video so that it would be legally admissible.
When Rudy saw the video several days ago he said “This is what we need in Michigan and the other states.”
I agree with El Cid.
Rudy has the experience to take down organized crime.
I think Rudy is doing an excellent job.
I was a little worried because on talk shows, sometimes Rudy rambles repeating the same point over and over. But that is a legitimate communication technique.
His presentations in the hearings have been laser focused. And he has expertly and calmly countered attacks from the left.
His stategy in court on focusing on provable fraud and misconduct by election officials instead of Dominion makes sense given the time line.
But in the hearings, he brings it all in, because he doesn’t have to have a criminal conviction that would take 6 months to a year to get.
And the strategy of trying to get the legislatures to acknowledge the fraud and step in, seems like a good strategy. And he is pursuing both court and legislative strategies.
I briefly saw the legislative hearing which was held in Georgia today. The collective message of those few poll workers I heard was “some screwy things went on”.
Interesting that because of the volume of the absentee ballots this year the counting/cheating was all done in hotels and conference centers.. They are not used to having security cameras on them and it look’s like they had no idea.
THAT is an amazing video to watch.
It is SO OBVIOUS what they were doing, any excuses are going to be laughed out of the courtroom.
What’s even more hilarious is that they did it with the video cams there. They must have been sure that no one was ever going to watch those vids. Or so they thought...
Who coordinated the shutdown?
