The suits to overtun election results are in fact civil suits. One of the factors is "are there enough ballots in question, to put the poucome in doubt."
Criminal charges do not have that element. One ballot cast fraudulently is a crime, even if has no effect on the outcome.
Which brings me to a point ... Barr's remarks thyat "not enough crime found to overturn the election" is nonsense. Total BS nonsense. He knows better. Governor Kemp was ordered by a judge to file brief, no later than yesterday, on his objections to Sidney Powell’s team inspecting the voting machines.

I missed the AZ hearings, so this is first I’ve seen Col Waldon. This is hard proof of a coordinated effort to overturn an election. It is treason on the same level as an act of war by foreign powers.
A common mistake among laypeople is belief that law (court cases decided by judges) and legislation are fact-driven processes. They are emphatically NOT. They are completely outcome-oriented. Outcome first, we'll figure out how to use or dispose of facts later, to fit the outcome.
Inconvenient facts are summarily disposed of, meaning with garbage justification of literal nonsense. Another aspect of our modern "legal" system is that laws can be made up on the fly. It is almost certain that the nutty judiciary will justify that, o at least uphold the outcome.
The bigger the offense, the more likely it will go unpunished. Can you imagine the uproar if the government came clean? Unfathomable.
