Wow. She enters one date in the system, and the system automatically changes it to another date. Is that what she’s saying? Changing the date of illegal ballots to conform to a legal date.
According to the witness, the instructor gave the witness full permission to record the training, and she did record it, but Guliani’s decided it can’t be played back to the court.
The witness did say that the instructor said that unproven forms should be rejected and sent back. I’m not getting any sense of a compelling need to maintain secrecy on that point, that’s the correct procedure isn’t it?
The feed keeps cutting out for me. Can someone help me out with one bit?
3rd week of October, witness says she saw 100 spoilt ballots. Rudi interjected with what sounded like “no, 32,000”. I think this was explained but I only caught fragments - something about 20 districts possibly. The feed came back as someone shouted “ridiculous” and was ruled out of order.

Indian lady was doing her job and they didn’t like it. So they treated her like crap. It’s a little hard to understand her with the accent and mask on. Sounds like they were up to no good.

Rudy is great, and Jessie is great....it’s just so hard to understand her! the mask, the accent, her preciceness (which is wonderful but slogs a bit) it all requires my absolute attention.

Are these votes for Biden which were invalidated with a sticky note and then declared valid, or are they votes for Trump which were kept invalid?
Mr Thomas said “Why should we punish voters for processors’ mistake?” and handed the ballot to Mr Baxter who put it in a red box. So does that mean they were binned? Not binned? Reprocessed? The witness doesn’t know, didn’t ask; she went off for a 2 hour lunch. This is probably the most interesting thing so far.
Guliani asked an absurd leading question - did she see 25,000 ballots on the podium which weren’t examined by a Republican observer. She has completely avoided answering him.
She’s just told us she was busting a hump opening the envelopes and checking dates and signatures... don’t tell me she was also constantly watching the podium AND watching Republican observers who weren’t actually on the podium. I think the answer to your leading question, Rudi, is NO, OBVIOUSLY NOT.
I have no problem with her accent or with understanding her. She’s an excellent, methodical witness.
