2 committees in the #Georgia state Senate announced they will hold back-to-back #Hearings on #Elections processes on Dec. 3.
Georgia will be the 4th state to hold election-related hearings on the heels of #Pennsylvania, #Arizona and #Michigan.
“One thing all these hearings seem to have in common is that they’re all being held after the results of the election have been certified. I wonder why?”
cya and closure.
How much evidence do these guys need to get rid of illegal ballots! This is a massive conspiracy among these States not to flip for Trump no matter how much fraud is revealed.
It’s Rudy’s hope that the legislators will be swayed to choose pro Trump electors or demand ballot audit from their sos. Hasn’t happened yet though. If nothing else, it proves that Trump’s lawyers do have evidence in the form of multiple witnesses, unlike what the msm has been squawking about. no evidence blah blah
What really needs to happen is that the Trump win states need to take the evidence presented and refuse to provide their electors to the Electoral College until these states can somehow show that their votes comply with Federal standards for integrity.
IOW, ostracize the crimistates.
I wonder how these hearing will affect turnout in the runoff election
There is no evidence of widespread fraud that would make a difference in the election so sayeth Barr.
The stories are awful but Barr doesn’t care.
I think they all went to Trey Gowdy’s school of how to conduct hearings for show and get nothing done.
The state legislatures are trying to decide if there is enough fraud to invalidate the election requiring the legislature to vote for which slate of electors to send.
That’s the point.
“What’s the point of these hearings.”

The reason is to put pressure on the GA Governor to call for a special session of the General Assembly; the only method available to quickly address the fraud effectively in a timely manner.
The GA Gov, the Lt Gov and GA SoS are all “bad actors” ...the Governor is the only one who can call a special session of the GA and he’s been refusing to do it. This is a way to turn up the heat on Gov Kemp.
Note: There aren’t enough Republican votes in the state legislature to authorize a special session ...it requires a three-fifths majority to authorize , I believe.
When is it going to the Supreme Court?
There might not have been fraud, but it was stolen by other means.
1. Governor: Hiding in the basement and maybe corrupted. He sure acts like there's something to hide
2. Secretary of State: Corrupted and a fake.
3. Attorney General: Facilitating fraud. He had the audacity to provide state layers to defend Dominion in court. There’s more but this is a start.
4. Lt. Governor: Playing possum. This is a time for a stand and use his bully pulpit for the people. Wimp.
I did a quick review of GA law for elected official recall. For state level elected officials the recall has to provide one or more of several criteria as the basis, one of which is malfeasance. It takes 15% of the registered voter number from the last general election that they were in and there is 90 days to collect signatures. Upon collecting a valid number of registered voters a special election is scheduled.
“Sorry, but to me it just appears to be more Kabuki theater.......”

“well that would make me a trans gender cartoon character........ best you don’t go there girl friend!”
Certainly not. The trans field belongs to you alone.
I’ m trying to decide if Cynthia A. Johnson is your State Representative or was your corrections officer. Or maybe both.
