I lived in the Twin Cities area for 10 years and all too familiar with the insanity there.
At the University of Minnesota College of Education, any student who believes that a pupil from the inner city can achieve academically will not be given a degree, and will in fact be expelled from the University of Minnesota.
In college, decades ago, I overheard the dean referring to somebody as a “change agent.” Double-speak; George Orwell-ian.
