The headline is al well and good, but the law is another thing, and Joe Biden has no authority to do this.

Not if we retain the Senate! May even be difficult to get it through the House.

Sue car manufacturers for deaths by MV.
Sue cigarette companies for lung cancer deaths.
Sue knife manufacturers for knife deaths.
Sue hospitals for any deaths.

Here’s how I see it:
1) Biden will try to do it through Executive Orders.
2) If WE control the courts, the EOs will get shot down.
3) If THEY control the courts, due to packing after the Dems take over the Senate, then the EOs hold, and the Second Amendment is gone.
And the response of SOME PEOPLE here (including some who live in Georgia), who falsely claim to support the Second Amendment, is to help the Democrats take over the Senate, so that the Second Amendment is destroyed. (all because the Georgia Senate candidates are not doing what Lin Wood demands)
I sure hope those folks are happy with their part in ending our Second Amendment...

Not one post so far saying this is pointless because Biden won’t be POTUS. The surrender is in place, it would seem.

INSANE: Joe Biden Would Permit Gun Manufacturers to Be Sued When ‘Criminals’ Use Guns To Commit Crimes
Criminals with guns is a symptom weak laws and non-enforcement of laws and of tolerant government officials.
Crimes committed by those with prior criminal records, should lead to charges for the criminal and for those that refuse to enforce laws already in the books.

The same rule should be applied to Car manufacturers. If someone is speeding and kills someone in an accident. The victim's family should be able to sue the car manufacturers.
If a person uses an axe to kill someone the victim's family should be able to sue the axe manufacturers.
If a person kills someone with a spoon, the family should be able to sue the spoon manufacturers.
10 ways to kill a person with a spoon.

“In the same way that vaccine makers are exempted from legal liability if someone who gets the vaccine contracts the disease it was that, the liberals trying to do the same thing to gun manufacturer.”
The writer is either a hack who cannot be bothered with proof reading or he is an idiot. Either way his opening declaration is plain wrong. But hey who reads the articles or now days even the excerpts?
To: Red Badger
Are the car manufacturers also going to be liable? Or knife, or baseball bat producers?

In the same way that vaccine makers are exempted from legal liability if someone who gets the vaccine contracts the disease it was that, the liberals trying to do the same thing to gun manufacturer. I understand the writers intent, but this first sentence says just the opposite.
The liberals are REVERSING liability as vaccine makers are currently exempted. It is NOT in the SAME WAY, just the OPPOSITE.
