The same rule should be applied to Car manufacturers. If someone is speeding and kills someone in an accident. The victim's family should be able to sue the car manufacturers.
If a person uses an axe to kill someone the victim's family should be able to sue the axe manufacturers.
If a person kills someone with a spoon, the family should be able to sue the spoon manufacturers.

Allow citizens to sue 'nonprofits' that use tax dollars and don't help anyone. Allow suits against ghetto 'Learn to be a Truck Driver' schools that allow federal student loan help - and don't get anyone jobs...
