The Serbian tie is more than heavily involved with massive voter fraud, it is ground *GROUND ZERO*.
Attempts are being made to sanitize from the internet as we speak.
The real trail and story here goes back to 1996 (at least), and involves GRU computer systems specialists (developing algorithmic boosting datasets, called - *Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique or SMOTE*), and involved forced/cooerced corporate funding arranged from the West by Madeline Albright and Bill Clinton (at least), may well have been involved with the death of Ron Brown, (and likely involving POC’s in Senate SSCI (Feinstein and others), and possible Pelosi arranged POC’s from Menlo Park (Silicon Valley) who were working from Gorbachev’s San Fransisco Headquarters at Presidio (built by Pelosi’s husband), and a site in Serbia, which was funded (at least) by Soros and probably Tides.
This did happen, and involved heavy handed extortion (involving Clinton kickback’s) of US tech & communications companies (like Corning, Cisco, ATT, and others), to build what may well be a secret Russian “bridge” to NATO and Brussels IT architecture, to enable Russian/Serbian GRU and FSB connected assets and projects.
This also involves the use of hybrid GRU related Serbian anonymous accounts and VPN’s, and the ability to tap SCYTL in both Barcelona and Frankfurt, and can be assumed to be connected to Paragons recent purchase of the Spanish defense cryptography front company Scytl.
Paragon is a privately owned Computer Software & Embedded File Systems company, known for its “File System Link Suite” and drive “Protect /Restore” used across Microsoft and Mac systems, and is based in Breisgau, Germany.
The Southwesternn German based company sites, are proximal to a cluster of US and NATO intelligence sites.
Paragon was started in 1994 by Major Konstantin Komarov, a former Russian Special Forces officer, who served with both the GRU and elite MVD Spetsnaz. He holds a PHD in Combat Psychology, and continues to train Russian Spetsnaz units, while providing protective and consultancy services to Moscow’s business and Russian government leadership.
Konstantin Komarov is reportedly friends with Bill Gates, and a number of Menlo Park, California “alphabet” executives, and has offices in multiple US locations!
The next part may be unprovable at the moment, but this Serbian network is likely also connected and upgraded to some of the highest volume/high speed fiber optic cable backbone in the world, and is connected from the East to Russia’s Southern Military District (through potentially critical Moldova fiber-junction sites, through under-sea cable to Black Sea Fleet in Crimea, and then North to Moscow and CIS HQ — And connected to the West, again by way of some of the highest speed fiber optic cable in the world, to main fiber junctions near Frankfurt, and then likely to every major government building and financial center in Western Europe. Including to NATO.
It is possible and plausible, the “thumb” on the scale of foreign elections, is connected to joint leftist operations in Serbia.

Refilled correctly stating GA and not the GA counties were the rightful owners of the voting machines. Prior lawsuit was flawed regarding correct defendant and owner. Why? What did it accomplish? Lawfare.

A lot of theories floating around. I don’t think it needs to be complex.
As an average programmer, I would find it almost trivial to design vote counting systems, linked to a server, and make it seem absolutely secure. Yet I could backdoor it simply to change vote totals.
The apparent vote changing algorithm they ised—multiples of close to 4800 or 6000, is really, really dumb. Talk about making it obvious. I could easily come up with an algorithm that looks much more random. Heck, it would be random, except for the bias direction and scale.
Seriously, this whole thing is so easy to do, and yet done so amateurishly, if it is a super secret CIA type thing, they blew it bigtime. It’s kid stuff, how they did it.

it is a vertically integrated design and execution with many interdependencies.
so far they are succeeding because of various practical considerations: legal barriers to recounts and challenges as well as data availability constrictions, time constraints, lack of certification standards, lack of accountability and psy-ops at the MSM level.
plus the sheer novelty of using mail in balloting for the first time on a massive scale (introduced in response to the bug).
take away almost any one or two of these, and imho the design is suseptible to failure.
adding random ratios would be a relatively easy step but would take additional time and introduces a problem that interferes with its operation— lack of accountability for the performance of the ballot fraud itself. the appearance of the ratio in the numbers guarantees to the fraudsters that their minions performed the fraud tasks as they were each delegated to do.
additionally it is an systems architectural signature, perhaps like an artist’s signature on a painting were it not anonymized, or like “kilroy was here” graffiti left by US troops in WWII.

The simplest answer is that they had multiple ways to stop resistance. It took decades to create those ways. A population educated to hate its own country for its greatest virtues cannot withstand this assault from within.
We are in the midst of a Communist takeover. That’s not an exaggeration. If Trump loses control of the Executive Branch, such as he has been allowed to have, then the Communists will shut free speech down for the rest of our lifetimes. When free speech is gone, then all is gone.
Free elections stop us from becoming a 3re world hellhole run by Tonya Harding ethics and Mao thuggery.
