In a rare victory for the truth, PolitiFact acknowledged the correctness of conservative commentator Candace Owens’ claim that former Vice President Joe Biden is neither literally nor legally the current president-elect.
It took getting attorneys involved for the 8-month pregnant Owens, but PolitiFact caved under pressure.
Weeks ago, @Facebook censored a post of mine which truthfully stated that @JoeBiden is NOT the President-elect.
So I got lawyers involved.
Conclusion? @PolitiFact uncensored the post & admitted that they LIED by rating my post false.

Mainstream media, Big Tech, and their “fact-checker” lapdogs have been waging a war on the truth throughout the 2020 election season. But once the election itself was over and conflicting reports came in about voter fraud, the trio of propaganda machines turned their lies up to eleven in an effort to persuade people that Biden had won the election, that there was no voter fraud involved, and that anyone who claims otherwise is anathema.
Owens, a rising star in conservative media, took her case to her attorneys. It is unclear what threats were levied, but PolitiFact retracted their “false” label two weeks after they put it on her Facebook post and video.
These are the types of battles conservatives must be prepared to wage. There is a war against the truth underway as progressives attempt to promote the post-truth society they envision. Kudos to Candace Owens for fighting back.
But, but I’ve seen the “Office of the President-Elect” signage the Commander in thief and his unindicted co-conspirator have been posting.
Has she had her baby yet?! We need her voice so badly, but I also want her to remain as stress free as possible. She has a wonderful husband.
Just found out she’s 8 months along. Well here’s to hoping Candace’s beautiful baby will be delivered alongside the news of second Trump presidency!

Oddly, that term cannot be found in the Constitution.
It’s a made up term abs means nothing.
By the same standard, Trump is President Elect. Who anointed the press, the Dems, and that idiot Biden as local soothsayers? Who? No one.
If hiden Biden isn’t the president elect, then Kamala isn’t the VP elect.
And if hiden Biden slips & falls and breaks his neck, err ankle.... then what?
I really like Candace Owens.
so why hasn’t Twitter/FB/Google censored every FakeNewsMSM mention of Biden as P-E?

Even if the election were completely fair and fraud-free, Biden would not yet be President-elect. The election in November was NOT the election that chooses the President. The November election chooses presidential electors. The electors meet in December to cast their votes; it is only after that occurs that Biden would be President-elect. If he died after that time but before the inauguration, the VP-elect would be inaugurated. If Biden were to die before the electors vote, presumably the electors would vote for another candidate. This could be any eligible person — possibly Harris, but it could be any other eligible person.

Thanks for posting this. I am not sure the general public is aware of this distinction (but they should be tested on it before their voter registration is processed, I think).
