The vote is in the hands of the PA legislature, not the PA supreme court.
they will destroy His Greatest Experiment in Freedom for the People.”
God only grants us Victory; He does not fight the war for us.
Both!
Non existent people cannot be disenfranchised! This court is a scandal. But I am glad we can move past these bastards and get it to the USSC quicker.
When the civil war starts pay attention to the PA. Supreme Court.
Hang a few of them. Then they’ll understand.
Thanks. I always get them switched around. :-)
To fail to act for what is right — will be a death sentence to us all... betraying one’s country should never be taken lightly...
We, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, find that we are correct and dismiss the case that seeks to overturn our altering the election laws.
“When the civil war starts pay attention to the PA. Supreme Court.”
May the Lord Bless them to be as far away from Pennsylvania as possible and never return.

“So - do they take it to SCOTUS or does PA Legislators weigh in...?”
Yes
“The PA Supreme Court Jesters are so predictable.”
As it was in Florida in 2000.
That was the whole case that the Republicans were arguing. They were not arguing that a specific number of ballots were illegal, they were arguing that the Governor and the partisan courts had usurped the power of the legislature to pass election rules,
This will go to the Supreme Court,
On to SCOTUS
Please stop. There isn't going to be a civil war ... or any war. If we're not marching in the street by the millions over this election ... we will go quietly to wherever our victors send us.
The PA Supreme Court claims the Trump campaign was late in making a filing; a dubious claim by itself, unconstitutional changed the election law without any authority?
That being the case, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court needs to void all the votes that did not comply with the state election laws.
We’ll see what SCOTUS has to say about that.
Letβs hear the analogy for PA mailing out 1.8m ballots (for the primary) and receiving 2.5m back (For the general election).
