Attorney Sidney Powell filed her 104 page BOMBSHELL COMPLAINT of massive fraud in the Georgia election on Wednesday night.

The lawsuit contained several bombshells as was reported earlier.
As Jenny Beth Martin reported the lawsuit includes an “emergency declaratory judgment that voting machines be seized and impounded immediately for a forensic audit.”

Powell is clearly not playing games, having recently announced a lawsuit in Georgia that calls for the actual seizure of voting machines that were used during the election.
Powell’s lawsuit claims the use of Dominion voting software, “ballot stuffing” and other actions illegally gave Democrat Joe Biden a lead in the state.
It asks the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia for an “emergency declaratory judgment that voting machines be seized and impounded immediately for a forensic audit.”…
…“The scheme and artifice to defraud was for the purpose of illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to make certain the election of Joe Biden as President of the United States,” the lawsuit says. “The fraud was executed by many means, but the most fundamentally troubling, insidious, and egregious is the systemic adaptation of old-fashioned ‘ballot-stuffing.’ It has now been amplified and rendered virtually invisible by computer software created and run by domestic and foreign actors for that very purpose.”
judges are not judges any more... they are political dems just like the media is. A conservative...a republican.. does not stand a chance with a political judge..

Solomon knew who the mother was and gave the baby to the real mother.

today, the dems would have let it be split in half... that’s how much compassion they have for control...
“give us all of the world... we will control all of you” instead of letting the voters decide who they want to be their President.
That might put a worry in a dem or 2... scrubbed or not... a lot can be found and the dems do not know what they will do to find whatever.
the dems are used to the republicans caving... hey.. Donald Trump does not cave... the repubs did all the country a disservice by letting the dems have it their way for so long!

We should have some sort of Department where we employ some sort of agents or attorneys to prosecute crimes like this so that the private sector didn’t have to carry the full burden. Just think of all the good they could do. They could actually investigate fraudulent voting and such. They could even go after criminal political actors. But what could we call such a department that deals with justice and that sort of thing?
Indeed if they can find him he’s on a huge cover up mission.

Yes— the Consent Decree is in direct violation of the Georgia Constitution and the Legislated and passed Election Laws. What should have happened when they “agreed” (which it seems included the active agent of the “agreement” was a NON- GA. elected official the COO Sterling- incredible.. was a contractor who was contracted to enact the terms of the Consent— the bastard SOS thought that would “get around” the actual law (it is not going to wash).
THAT especially — Violated the GA Constitution (and in the case of the US Constitution, the basis for SCOTUS to rule on the validity and the proper resolution of this FRAUD. Election FRAUD, and defrauding of GA voters, as well as causing UNEQUAL treatment of ALL other US voters by their acts. That is the case, and Massive evidence presented).
