The Federal Constitution clearly says that State Legislatures are souly responsible for election laws . Those laws were altered by entities other than the Legislatures. Altered, we now know , to make it easier to steal elections.

This legal challenge relates to the constitutionality of Act 77 — which was passed by the PA legislature in 2019 and signed into law by the dopey governor.

This is NOT the same issue as the separate question about whether the governor can unilaterally change voting deadlines, signature requirements, etc.
