President Trump’s legal team will participate in a public “hearing” on election integrity with Arizona lawmakers on Monday, Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis announced on Friday.
“Arizona State Legislature to hold hearing on election integrity Monday, November 30. Mayor @RudyGiuliani and I will be present on behalf of President @realDonaldTrump,” she announced, providing a link detailing the event:

“The President’s legal team will be present from DC to assist in a fact finding hearing with select members of the Arizona House and Senate and a panel of experts,” a description of the event reads.
“The goal will be to gather the evidence that justifies calling a special session to contemplate what happened and take immediate action accordingly,” it adds:
State Legislatures are uniquely qualified and positioned to hold hearings on election irregularities and fraud before electors are chosen. As established in Article 2, Section 1.2 of the United States Constitution, State Legislatures have the sole authority to select their representatives to the Electoral College, providing a critical safeguard against voter fraud and election manipulation.
However, a formal “hearing” has not been approved by either chamber. Arizona Senate’s director of communications Mike Philipsen clarified the nature of the meeting in a statement to the Washington Examiner.
“There is no sanctioned hearing at the Senate or House,” Philipsen said. “My understanding is a House member has set up a meeting at a local hotel to discuss possible irregularities in the election.”
State Rep. Mark Finchem, a Republican, will reportedly lead the event.

Hold the hearing, take a vote, send the findings off to the full legislature and the legislature will direct the state’s Elector’s to vote for Trump.
This isn't a hearing. It's an individual House member holding a thing at a hotel without the support of Republican leadership in either chamber.
THese hearings are PR stunts. Trying the case in public opinion
But it might sway some people. Exert some pressure
I don’t have much faith in the AZ Legislature I have absolutely zero faith in the governor either for that matter.
This all looks very official with genuine state representatives and testimony and evidence that will be documented in official documents.
In other words, the same as the hearing in PA on Wednesday, right?
It is all about public opinion.
Public outrage is the only thing that can pressure politicians (including elected state judges) to do the right thing.
But these public hearings are not just held for that purpose - they are also intended to create a “sinking ship” or “collapsing house of cards” environment to incentivize whistleblowers and informers to come forward while they still can.
It’s seems like Cindy McCain is running the political show in Arizona now and is even involved in Biteme’s transition.
I’d like to believe PDJT won Arizona but the margin of McSally’s loss to Kelly fuels my doubts.
Hopefully, this public hearing will restore (my) faith in AZ election integrity and lead to the legislature taking control of selecting Trump electors.
McSally was the worlds worst campaigner. We tried to tell the party but they ran her anyway. Kelly spent millions on ads, backed by out of state and Chinese backing.
Cindy and the rest of the GOP-E need to step aside. Most of us are sick of them. We need really strong leadership at the top at GOP headquarters.
Granted, McSally left a lot to be desired as far as campaign skills. However, she should have somehow managed to beat Kelly on character alone. After all, she was a decorated combat pilot, not to mention the first female achieving that rank. To see her lose to Kelly a gun-grabber, who incredibly overcame hideous images of him dressed up as Hitler, complete with swastikas, as well as having a press secretary smear police as worthless expletive pigs, is a travesty.
Now, AZ is stuck with two rat senators and a very unpopular governor who apparently doesn’t give a damn about election fraud and the future of our country.
Right; McSally not the best but Mark Kelly was a travesty and everyone knew it.
Even less official than that I’m afraid.
She didn’t bring up that he is a gun grabber. It was barely mentioned, he had very professionally produced ads and every time McSally had an ad Kelly had one before and two after. He would look right into the camera and lie. I have to give him credit, he is a very accomplished liar.
