To ruin my Saturday?
It’s why we need the state legislatures to rock and the things going on in PA are so important.
One just never knows what the SC is going to take or reject.
I’m sure someone will come along with a less self centered reason :)
He hasn't been to court yet.
He’s at the wrong place. It’s a local matter FIRST.
If we all just do what we want to do, what has been legal and protected by our constitution from the beginning, we will not have this problem.
That makes perfect sense. Thanks
The supreme court has a very limited schedule.
They only accept a couple percent of cases escalated to them.
They might take it after he faces court instead of before, or might take a different case that would still impact his.

Thank you
Good point. How did it reach SCOTUS?

What you said.
I gave in the other day though.
Riding on a spare and needed a tire.
Went in to the repair shop and the guy had a stroke yelling “YOU NEED A MASK!!”
What was I gonna do? I need the tire.
The way her screamed it like b.tch I wanted to knock him out.
It felt terrible capitulating
Then, he can have as many as he wants to attend.
Really? Seems like a freedom to worship thing.
Do the Supremes want to see an attempt at the local level for something like this?
thanks
The Younger Abstention.
In Younger, the Supreme Court held that except in limited circumstances involving immediate irreparable injury, federal courts should not enjoin state criminal proceedings. The idea is that you litigate in State Court first because the State Court can throw out the charges.
Right
Alito I think is one of the good guys. Thomas and Barrett too. Not certain of Gorsuch and Kavanaugh. One or both may screw us yet. Roberts appears to be transitioning into a flaming leftist and a lost cause. The other three are robotic leftists.
This is why it is vitally important to get this issue of massive fraud squarely before the state legislatures. That may be our only hope.
The Supreme Court is the Court of last resort...not the first as this pastor believes.
That’s what I’m gathering from the comments. He hasn’t exhausted his options before jumping up to the SCOTUS.
Thanks!
