I believe every word but why did the Penn supreme court reject the POTUS legal teams complaints out of hand?

Agreed. So far we’ve seen nothing but smoke and mirrors. If they have a case, make it. It seems though, at this point, they’re just fishing for book deals.
As do I, but it's not like we have a choice. They are our last stand against this coup attempt. If they can't deliver then we're screwed, but without them we're screwed anyway.
The lawsuit submitted to the 3rd circuit claim that election laws were broken. They had clear evidence that Republican poll watchers were not allowed to see any of the 600000 mail-in ballots for legitimacy. That is the law in Pennsylvania. A judge ordered the Philadelphia precincts to allow the GOP reps to see the ballots. The election supervisors prevented them from doing so. This was happening in many, many precincts. Once the ballot envelope is opened, it gets destroyed and the ballot is put into a stack to be counted. We have no idea if any of those ballots had late postmarks (remember Alito ordered those late ballots to be put aside, Philly ignored the order), the ballots could have had fake addresses, fake names, fake zip codes, no signatures, could have been from dead people, duplicates, out of state or from illegal aliens. We have no way of knowing because they were just thrown into the pile (and the envelope destroyed). THIS IS BREAKING THE LAW!
How can you prove fraud if we were not allowed to inspect the ballot? This was the gist of the lawsuit.
Yet Democrat courts will require Republicans to prove that they would have won if there had been no fraud. An impossible burden unless all the rotten ballots were identified and sequestered.

The GOP reps were prevented from inspecting the ballots in all the Rat strongholds, Philadelphi, Atlanta, Detroit, Milwaukee, Phoenix, Las Vegas. Those six cities across six states was where all the manufactured ballots came from. It was coordinated (at all cost) to prevent Trump from winning the election.

Until there is evidence presented, this is all hyperbole and conjecture. Wood and Powell have done a decent job of presenting scenarios, but there is no evidence to support their claims. Same goes with the Trump legal Team.

It’s not. We received reports of thousands of votes being changed from Trump to Biden in numerous states. Remember the one where 120,000 votes went from Trump to Biden at the same time in different states? Dominion is controlled by a Venezuelan company and it’s website is based out of China.
I want to believe this election was won fraudulently by Biden, however with no hard evidence, it’s just a waste of time. On a good note, Gore v. Bush was 37 days of judicial review before a decision was made. If nothing is presented next week by the Trump campaign which causes a judicial review by SCOTUS, this election is over and we should get on with our lives.
Most important thing for us on FR is to work together to figure out where we should redirect our investments so we do not get killed on our retirement savings.
By saying so, you countenance the concealment and/or destruction of hard evidence by the left-wing machine. Also, look up the legal principle of “discovery”; many seem to have let knowledge of that drop down the memory hole.
