But the PA legislators are running out of time. Their term expires on Monday, Nov 30. And the new legislators are not scheduled to be sworn in, until after the new year.
If they are gonna do it, they have to do near immediately.
I missed the full statement by Mastriano, but I think he said something about seating the new people early. The legislature must have some vehicle for addressing issues if something comes up in the month long gap between term and new swearing in.

And what happens if some other emergency came up in Pennsylvania in the next month? There is just no legislature?
Sounds impossible that they can’t meet. Even if it’s the new people.
PA State Rep Martians (R) is one of the leaders saying on War Room they are working to finish it today, they have the votes, they are lame ducks Tuesday so they have between now and through end of Monday to get it done.
