If I’m not mistaken, there are 130,000 votes in either Michigan or Wisconsin, that showed up out of nowhere and there seems to be a question if there are actual ballots associated with them. Yes/No?
Trump has built a prima facie case that the election was conducted fraudulently.
Now Biden must rebut it.

The election process was intentionally opaque, and the results cannot be verified. It was meaningless.
Great to see the President laying down the rules and setting to standard that Biden must meet. Otherwise, President Trump has every right to remain in the White House and our nation has an obligation to make sure he remains our president long after January 20th.
For Biden, if it can be proven that just one illegal vote was cast for him, he will be disqualified as a candidate.

Who has the burden of proof? The candidate who “won” or the candidate who claims the win was based on fraud?
What is the legal standard and who decides?
Is a certification based on fraud valid? What happens if states do so?
If Biden is certified and has enough EVs he will become Potus, but the legal fight over fraud will not stop. What if those allegations are ultimately proven to be true (weeks or months later) - what is the remedy then?
Since the constitution provides no way to remove a President that won fraudulently, either we are stuck with the result for 4 year or until he is impeached.
Since this is the case, there IS a compelling argument for NOT certifying election results when there are credible allegations of fraud: Following the constitutionally-prescribed process when neither candidate has a majority of electoral votes.
Thus there is a solution. Only if a candidate who won through fraud is allowed to take office does the problem become “unsolvable”.
