She could— but prior to it she will be paid a visit by certain intelligence people to reveal a few files in re: her family. This is dripping out even now— money laundering and of course Dominion Voting Systems. Stay tuned.

Yep, and if it is contested and goes to the House, get prepared for the MSM saying an EvilWhiteMale™ is attempting a coup to unseat the historic first President with DXcS™*, even though Pelosi would only be Acting President as per the Constitution ...

It does not work that way in congress. Constitution spells out exactly the procedure in congress to follow. And it is not up to the speaker of House to set up any different procedure.
