The U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday night blocked New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo from reimposing strict attendance caps at worship services in areas hit hard by the novel coronavirus.

THank you Trump for appointing a stunning lady!
the only thing shocking is that this wasn’t 9-0
thank you President Trump!
Well, I guess with this we can officially declare Roberts to be a lib. Thanks a lot George.
Yes. I read an article from Townhall that called him “the face of the liberal wing”. What a disaster he’s been. Gorsuch has been fantastic.
Gorsuch’s separate decision while agreeing with the majority was scathing. He may be someone to watch...
Yeh, no more of this Roberts sides with Libs nonsense. He is a Lib.
the only thing shocking is that this wasn’t 9-0

If the election manipulation and violations goes before the Court you can be certain that decision won’t be 9-0.
There are statist elements on the Court who put partisan interests ahead of the Constitution. That is painfully obvious.
Roberts is their fourth vote now.
And to think, some questioned pushing ACB through.
Not sure how we missed this.
I don’t want to see people get angry when there is criticism of the Federalist Society. Roberts was vetted and approved by them and he is NO DIFFERENT THAN SOUTER!
A rightous judgment on Thanksgiving Day! God Almighty Is the Righteous Judge and Master Chess Player: ACB in place of RBG. To God be the Glory
Roberts has been compromised and owned by the left socialists.
Roberts isn’t the “swing vote” as many like to say. He makes Anthony Kennedy look like Antonin Scalia.
I missed it because I was dumb enough to trust George W Bush.
guilty as well.
A compromised political POS
They must have pictures of Roberts with multiple little boys.
Yes I would watch Gorsuch as well.
He went liberal on us, on the recent court case, in which the court decided that this whole area of “LGBT” peoples are covered under sex discrimination laws such as the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The fact that this whole area of “homosexuals” and “transsexuals” were not intended to be covered by such laws, was overriden by the 6 to 3 ruling in that particular case.
It would be interesting to see ratings of the justices, such as how often they go liberal, how often they ignore the constitution in their rulings, how often they stick to conservative principles, etc. on the various cases which come before them.
But then Roberts voted to uphold the Defense of Marriage Act. But I know just looking at that case, doesn’t cancel out all of the other liberal positions he has taken. Just noting that since it’s noted here he worked on homosexual rights as a lawyer.
Gorsuch’s take down of Robert’s for being a coward is epic.
“Why have some mistaken this Court’s modest decision in Jacobson for a towering authority that overshadows the Constitution during a pandemic? In the end, I can only surmise that much of the answer lies in a particular judicial impulse to stay out of the way in times of crisis. But if that impulse may be understandable or even admirable in other circumstances, we may not shelter in place when the Con- stitution is under attack. Things never go well when we do.”
