There are many angles which could be focussed on here. However, I will focus on the obvious, intentional, left wing socialist DNC time angle strategy.
Just like Florida (Bush V Gore), this whole strategically planned national scale election fraud disaster, will most likely have to be fought far beyond any level of Michigan court, and likely beyond the legislature. Or when the time ces, may necessarily include a coordinated state legislature/US Congress effort.
Certainly hoping otherwise, but it is unlikely the state legislature will have anywhere near the time, character, and bravery, to stand for the greater than majority number of voters, who through left wing socialist DNC thuggery, have been robbed.
The only places left after “state anything”, are likely to be SCOTUS, and or US Congress. I am ultimately not going to trust any federal appeals court yet.
For a court with any character, there are a few theoretically good legal approaches available. However, don’t hold your breath, and be ready in the event SCOTUS kicks it all to US Congress, which then again kicks it all back to state legislatures.
One of the biggest problems is scale. The Demonic Uniparty realized by experience, a single DNC planned fraudulent state ballot robbery (like Florida in Bush V. Gore), could be handled by top seasoned lawyers, and focused volunteer manpower.
However, they obviously have long realized Constitutionally set deadlines could be key to force fraudulent election “certification”, and the election timetables could be used in conjunction with a national scale strategic fraud campaign, with myriad types of overt “in-your-face” ballot insertions, (digital and physical), which could easily break the backs of even highly capable legal teams and volunteers. The strategy required scale of fraud, and time limits.
And goes without saying, the national scale of felonious criminal election activity, and the necessary time for investigations, charges, lawsuits, etc, etc, could really only be dealt with post inauguration.
This is pure lawfare strategy, now applied to destroy the US election system.
We are dealing with very real evil here.

They will follow the law. Take note of case law in all of Sidneys filings. We will hear those names again.
There is a country full of left wing activists that have no clue that not only will Biden be denied the WH, but that the cherished vote fraud machine of the DNC is dead forever more. Scotus will make sure to send a message about election fraud so that this vile scourge is removed from the nation.
Not sure Trump has “the armed forces.” The top Pentagon leadership is still extremely Swampy. Kelly, Mullin, Mattis, McInerny, others who left are terrible-—but how many haven’t left?

Most of these suits have been tossed out. But it only takes one to make it to the Supreme Court. Assuming the decision goes the right way.
The military will follow the Constitution. As long as Trump has that on his side then they will be behind him. If he, or anyone else, tries something outside of the Constitution then they will be in opposition.
Yes and the Insurrection act is a totally legal avenue for Trump to follow if he has proof of foreign national in a national election. Or treasonous activity such as an overthrow not our election system. There’s a reason the spec ops got reassigned to DOD Miller.

The military's loyalty is to the Constitution. So long as Trump is acting within the Constitution then the military will obey him. Step out of line and they won't.
