Remember Edison data that was being analyzed and all the naysayers saying that it wasn’t election data, but just news feeds? Look at this in one of the exhibits:

It’s her copy, she e filed it and as soon as the court is open for business the lawsuit will be filed. One affidavit I saw had a date of 2019. Which means they knew this was happening well in advance. That’s why the President said over and over they caught them all. This was a sting. This is only an outline to get it in the door. No need to show all the cards yet. Wait til they are in front of a judge.

I too read it cover to cover. Still accusations without the “here it is proof” because Dominion was built in such a way that the data manipulation cannot be specifically identified. Therefore all data manipulation will all need to be inferred by statistics alone. Still a tall order at this point. Procedurally, I think the information surpasses a motion to
Dismiss. There are strong affidavits of ballot tampering and a historical damning of Dominion, but she did not supply proof. The hope is it is not dismissed, and through discovery during the investigation better statistical analysis will show more convincing evidence. Also at her pressers she talked about Chinese money going to Kemp and SOS..it was inferred here but not definitive.
Overall it’s a strong case, it’s before a judge and if not dismissed there’s a ton of discovery yet to be had.
We cannot fail .

God I pray the people who made the affidavits are protected.
I’m guessing our courageous attorneys and NSA have more than a case, more than a finger point at a few dirty officials, but also the loud and clear on some of these courtroom deciders.
I’m concerned we’re at risk if we do not. The dark side certainly has the Refused Offer method down. Possibly down to swimming & Fishes.

I read all 104 pages and it actually read quite easily.

With what was laid out, it would be merciful for the judge to just rule in Pres Trump’s favor right off the bat.

The fact that the user’s guide said it could not retain anything providing for auditing....that’s a real big flag.
GA state law and fed law dictates it must be auditable.
GA state law also dictated that no tabulating machine could be hooked up to the internet. One machine hooked up could control every other machine. And they were definitely hooked up.
There were counties that didn’t know they were working with machines that were hooked up to the internet.
Folks should be in prison for decades over this mess.
She is not about to promise and not deliver.... she has a lot at stake in the years she has been a lawyer... and I like her never give up and determined to win....

I’m guessing someone made a video of those in the State Arena working the tabulating machines and passed it on to Pres Trump’s legal team.
Someone, somewhere, probably really needs to go the bathroom after reading that part of the lawsuit.

This is the only line I see with Russel Ramsland which btw is fantastic. That affidavit exhibit hopefully is well explained.
