Kracken Released On Georgia! Attorney Sidney Powell Tweets Request For Info From Secretary Of State & Announces Huge Law Suite Filing On Lou Dobbs

https://djhjmedia.com/eric/kracken-released-on-georgia-attorney-sidney-powell-tweets-request-for-info-from-secretary-of-state-announces-huge-law-suite-filing-on-lou-dobbs

The infamous Kraken has been released in Georgia.

Following weeks of Sidney’s pronouncement, most thought she was metaphorically referring to a legendary sea monster of gigantic size and cephalopod-like appearance in Scandinavian folklore. According to the Norse sagas, the Kraken dwells off the coasts of Norway and Greenland and terrorizes nearby sailors

But nope, tonight Sidney confirmed, via response to a tweet, who the Kracken is.

Via Marshall Report

Holy Radar – that’s the Kracken!!! Who knew it is a Department of Defense Cyber Warfare Program? It Tracks Systems and acquires evidence of nefarious activities and crimes committed by The Deep State!

When Sidney Powell stated she HAS RELEASED THE KRAKEN, most of us thought of Clash of the Titans and cheered her on for her gutsy remark. She never blinked and held a stern, a serious face when she said it. She wasn’t joking and now we know why! The “Kraken” is a Department of Defense-run cyber warfare program that tracks and hacks various other systems to acquire evidence of nefarious actions by the deep state! President Trump and the loyal patriots in the Military and Space Command now have all the evidence of voter fraud and election-related treason. This will be used against the enemies of America!

Featured in the article is Jeffrey Prather is a retired army officer, ex-DEA special agent, former DIA intelligence officer turned whistle blower and then targeted by the government.

btw, for people that just arent understanding this order

this judge said FREEZE where things stand..let me have a hearing, see evidence, and think about this..

that is all this order is...BIDEN HAS ALREADY BEEN CERTIFIED

NOw what happens from here is up in the air,..she may not even be sure what the remedies are and is having her law clerk do research

But again, this order does not halt Biden at this point

A Day too late.

I never said it did. I simply said conservatives are rightfully questioning anyone who appears pro-Biden on this pro-Trump website. If it is your determination that others might be seeing your posts as pro-Biden, and responding as expected, based on my suggestion, then that is your determination, not mine.

there is a judge in Pennsylvania who is denying the vote certification.

For how long? The pattern is that the Commonwealth Court issues an injunction, then the Dems run to the PA Supreme Court which reverses 5-2 along pary lines.

it did not appear they plan on approving the certification, which is their Constitutional right,

Yes, but the problem is that even though Article II, Sec. 1., paragraph 3 states that the legislature determines how the electors are appointed, 3 U.S. Code § 15 (Counting electoral votes in Congress) provides that if Congress gets two competing slates of electors, and both houses of Congress can't agree which one is legitimate, then the slate certified by the governor gets counted.

Sorry, I don’t know who “Dr. Franklin” is"

He's on the $100 bill and the old silver half dollars.

she may not even be sure what the remedies are and is having her law clerk do research.

The larger problem is that the PA Supreme Court may soon reverse her order 5-2, which is the pattern so far.

Yes, I think it will happen. AG said earlier today he was filing it.

The hearing probably get’s stopped dead in it’s tracks.

Who controls the houses of Congress in PA?

I saw someone here post that the PA Supreme Court sides more with Democrats than Republicans.

For how long?

According to the ruling, "pending the evidentiary hearing" so it is in effect today, and into the foreseeable and established future, correct?

even though Article II, Sec. 1., paragraph 3 states that the legislature determines how the electors are appointed, 3 U.S. Code § 15 provides...

Are you saying a US code overrules the US Constitution?

He's on the $100 bill and the old silver half dollars.

That's Benjamin Franklin, an American founding father, not anonymous FR message board poster "Dr. Franklin" correct?

The last USSC ruling RE: PA was tied, 4-4. This was prior to the appointment of Amy Coney Barrett, who is assumed would side with the other Constitutionalists, thereby rendering a 5-4 verdict in future decisions that upheld the Constitution, which is why she was appointed in the first place.

Are you saying a US code overrules the US Constitution?

No. The U.S. Constitution does not provide a mechanism to determine which slate of electors should be recognized from a state, if two competing slates are sent. 3 U.S. Code § 15 does. Pence as the presiding officer of the joint session of Congress might ignore the U.S. Code with a ruling from the chair, but then that is subject to collateral attack in the courts, if he isn't reversed by both houses of Congress.

Her “alter ego” reference was clearly directed at Dr. Franklin, not you. He stoked this comparison by potentially referring to himself as Benjamin Franklin when responding to that post as well.

I hope he was only joking and his posts are more factual and than fanciful henceforth. But for someone who just joined FR a couple of days ago, he will quickly learn that many questions will be asked of those presenting themselves as authority.

Thanks for the heads up for where this might head next, as there is little discussion and media coverage of the various angles and potential outcomes.

As of today, I have not heard of this possibility but will certainly look into it. I would also expect that Pence would side with Trump, as you stated could happen, should your scenario actually come to pass. Thanks again.

Who controls the houses of Congress in PA?

I believe your question is the houses of the PA legislature. The GOP has a seven seat majority in the PA Senate and a 23 seat majority in the PA House.

I saw someone here post that the PA Supreme Court sides more with Democrats than Republicans.

PA elects judges, including the Supreme Court. Presently Dems outnumber Republicans 5-2, and the court has split that way in the election lawuits.
