Flynn and others, were never kept from speaking to the POTUS about any national security matter, especially if the POTUS asked for it.

A pardon never had anything to do with Trump speaking to Flynn about national security matters at all.

Judge Sullivan is guilty of judicial malpractice. General Flynn should have been exonerated. This was a miscarriage of justice.

The 2 points you outlined are true.
By taking a pardon, it assumes a crime was involved. Also, Flynn will not be able to take a government job.
The plan was for Flynn to be eventually exonerated by the courts in Trumps second term. This tells me that Trump will allow Biden to become president if his team is unable to convince the Supreme Court that Biden did not legally win the election.
I want Trump to go scorched earth and invoke the Insurrection Act, nullify the fraud election, declare temporary Marshall Law and finally arrest and execute ALL the traitors (Republican and Democrat) that were involved in the election heist.
Sullivan needs to be impeached.

You’re full of it! WHAT CRIME? The DOJ stopped prosecuting him! They told the judge to dismiss the case, as did the DC circuit! Whose side are you on here?
Flynn, former military intelligence, would be able to tell them exactly what the voting machines did and how to prove it.
This takes some pressure off Sidney. Now she can concentrate on contesting the election result.
Flynn had a good reputation with the troops under his command. There should still be people in the military and intelligence services that know badly he got screwed and are still loyal to him.
I wonder if this gives him the ability to take a more active role in defending the President.
