Excellent, and thank you.
I feel like an abused spouse.
Or like a parent whose child has been kidnapped - Is my child even still alive? Should I pay the ransom? Why have the kidnappers not contacted me sooner? Why do the promises sound so outlandish, yet make me hang onto hope?
Even believing in the sovereignty of God this is enough to make a person crazy.
(rhetorical questionSo what would it do to one who is already crazy?)
Still - thanks to the OP for sharing
Too bad Larry Johnson is a kook.

While I’m not normally a prognosticator of events without
a complete understanding of relevant evidence, I strongly
suspect that the Supreme Court will ultimately toss this
election to the House of Representatives.

And the results will most likely be the same as the
House is controlled by Democrats.
JMO...... which may not be worth a spit.
Not putting too fine an edge on it...but didn’t we just get a SCOTUS Justice confirmed because of her strict adherence to the word of the Constitution?
If it gets to that point, if you think folks are worked up now...Christmas Dinner will be a real winner!
The letter of the law canâÂÂt be used as a shield for the subversion of the spirit of the law. Period. This principle is bullet proof. I think ACB will agree with this.

In the case of a failure of any candidate to receive the required number of votes from the Electoral College, the House votes to select the President. The House vote is not by a majority of members, but by a majority of state delegations; that is, each state gets one vote. My understanding is that Republicans have the majority of state delegations in the House.
Here is the details of what would take place, when, how.

Contingent Election of the President and Vice
President by Congress: Perspectives and
Contemporary Analysis
As I suggested in my original post, research how the House is constitutionally mandated to conduct a vote for the president, as articulated in the 12th Amendment. It is not by individual House members, but by state.
For example, Georgia has 14 congressional districts, two of which are vacant; those two vacant seats will be filled in 2021. Currently, 9 of the sitting House members are Republicans, three are Democrats. It’s therefore presumed that the 12 Republicans would vote for Trump and the three Democrats for Biden. If that were to be the case, Trump would take Georgia and the process would repeat for the other 49 states.
I would add that, if Team Trump’s efforts are successful, i.e., down-ballot races that were decided by ballots allowed to be counted as a result of very recent unconstitutional changes to election law, it will have a significant impact on down-ballot races as well, particularly for people like John James, Sean Parnell and many others, who were well ahead before the midnight/early morning shenanigans. It appears that Team Trump’s focus on unconstitutional changes to election law is a strategic move intended to not only affect the presidential race, but congressional and state-level races as well.
That is not to denigrate the efforts of Sydney Powell, Lin Wood and many other attorneys across the nation; their efforts will lead to criminal prosecution of people like Brian Kemp, Brad Raffensperger and other state and local officials who “mysteriously” rushed to purchase Dominion voting systems.
