It remains feasible to complete the goal of 450 miles by year's end.
Land acquisition activities are still underway in Texas.
Faster BeauBo, Faster! :-)
I am expecting Biden to finish the wall to keep US Citizens from fleeing to Mexico.
What is the likelihood that Biden/Harris will simply demolish it?
Where is that?
“What is the likelihood that Biden/Harris will simply demolish it?”
I think that is unlikely, because it would be expensive, and they can more simply just throw open the gates with policy.
They may do some token demolition in places, for “wildlife corridors” or “Sacred Indian Sites” or something; but I doubt they would pay the bill for full demolition.
Is that photo on the Arizona border?
Arizona or New Mexico is my guess.
LMAO! Best line I’ve heard all year!
Was 738 miles the total planned distance?
Zero, since they will never be in the Oval Office. The next President after Trump finishes his second term will be a member of the RRP, the Reformed Republican Party.
Thanks for your updates.
“Where is that?”
If you are asking about the pic in post #4, it is in the Sonoran Desert in Arizona.
I am guessing somewhere West of the Tohono O’odham Nation Indian Reservation.
Was 738 miles the total planned distance?
The Comprehensive Plan called for about 1,100 miles of effective barrier, but 221 miles of pre-existing barrier was assessed as effective.
So this is a bit short of the total requirement, although it does do the great bulk of what is needed (if 738 is completed). Since it is prioritized, the last hundred miles is dramatically less important than the first hundred miles, however.
“Is that photo on the Arizona border?”
Yes, the Pic in Post #4 is reported to be on the Arizona border. I found it on twitter: https://twitter.com/miguelfdezdc/status/1329449047225217025
I expect he will tear it all down.
Thanks. I thought so. I’ve seen a lot of the New Mexico border and the photo didn’t look quite like NM to me.
