Then you better send JonBenet’s father lots of money!

They still do specials on the mystery of her death.

Greta Van Sussterren did nothing but shows on dead girls and had guests speculate about who murdered them.

Seth Rich is special because they can’t go there. It defeats their Trump theories the deep state has already peddled.

“they have seemed completely incurious about anything “

For the same reason Mary Jo Kopechne’s parents remained “completely incurious” about the events of her death. Paid off and/or threatened.

The DC Police were told to forward anyone with info on his murder to Donna Brazile.

Yep!

“Do they have to refund the settlement when it is revealed that Seth was the source of the Wikileaks’ emails?”
***************************************************
I suspect that the “new” FoxNews settled with the family to KEEP facts about the Wikileaks emails from coming out.

“Murder conspiracy?”

He was murdered! It sure as hell wasn’t robbery. Ask Asange...oops, sorry you can’t.

So, any answers to why Podesta had Seth killed?

Asking for a friend.

Per this link from 2018....

...over 140 grand then, almost a mil in today’s dollars.

That’s pretty rich to my mind.

Her whole career was speculating on the Murder of Dead Girls.

Fox did a 20 yr special on JonBenet Ramsey!

The legal merits of the parents’ case were highly dubious. Some Democrat at Fox must have wanted to make them happy.

Because the light of day allows the public to see the
mechanisms of shutting people up.

Should networks be able to lie for years on end, only to
shut up the one person that had them over a barrel?

No.

Fox was not interested in discovery.

They side with Seth, unlike Hundreds of other unsolved Murders they speculate and debate.

I respectfully disagree.

If I take someone to court and they settle before the jury gets the case, that is no one’s business. If it goes to the jury, it is public. That is how it works.

It is not different than if they settled before filing the lawsuit.

And TV news stations have zero obligation to tell you the truth. The press is free. This perceived obligation to be honest, investigators, and unbiased is a function of competition during the advent of radio in the 20s and 30s.

Prior to the mid 20th century there was ONLY biased media.

It is up to the reader/viewer to decide truth.

It would seem then that you don’t care about an entity being
brought to justice. If the one witness can be paid off, it
seems you think justice has been served.

I want to know what both sides were saying before the case
was filed in court, and money exchanged hands.

I want to know how much it took to resolve the case. I want
to know the initial charges. I want to know how the charged
person was able to get out of it.

Would you have been happy if the Clinton’s paid out tens
of millions of dollars of dirty money, to clam up those
who knew what had taken place?

If a case is filed, it should be public record from that
point on. The person filing the charges stands to lose a
lot if they make false charges. If they don’t, I want to
know why not.
