LAS VEGAS (AP) — The Nevada Supreme Court made Joe Biden’s win in the state official on Tuesday, approving the state's final canvass of the Nov. 3 election.
The unanimous action by the seven nonpartisan justices sends to Democratic Gov. Steve Sisolak results that will deliver six electoral votes from the western U.S. battleground state to Biden.
The court action drew extra scrutiny amid legal efforts by the state GOP and Trump campaign to prevent sending vote-by-mail ballots to all 1.82 million active registered voters and then to stop the counting of the 1.4 million votes that were cast.

The The Nevada Supreme Court knew that and still certified? WTH.
NV Supremes.
They certainly are putting it in front of SCOTUS and are taking a big risk.
Nobody has the guts to make the right decision. They all want to just kick it scotus at this point....
I think all of these states in question prefer to punt.
Seven NONpartisan judges LOL, LOL, LOL
May I remind you both Roberts and Kavanaugh agreed not to hear the case, so I would assume we would loose 6-3 with both of them siding with the leftists.
Yes, SCOTUS is not omnipotent, but I believe they are lawless and have become openly hostile to the Constitution.
I truly hope I am wrong about this, but based on how they creatively found a way to uphold the ACA which is the most obvious example of an unconstitutional law there is I am not greatly encouraged.

what does that have to do with the article? The press are total scumbags.
Is anyone filing suit in Nevada? Not that it will matter much unless the fraudulent ballots are discarded. Nevada’s legislature is Democrat dominated.
All depends on the strength of ACB’s personality then, if it comes to that. Certainly if ACB works on Kavanaugh’s particular lawless streak in context of his actually having turned heretical with respect to his stated faith.
I seem to recall, though, the previous decisions with respect to PA were 4-4.
It’s official when a candidate is sworn in on January 20th.
Hint: it won’t be your guy, Biden.
You are wrong from the AP story in Oct:
“Chief Justice John Roberts joined with the three liberal justices to reject Pennsylvania Republicans’ call for the court to block the state court ruling.
Justices Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Clarence Thomas would have required the state to stop accepting absentee ballots when the polls close on Nov. 3.”
LOLLING AT ALL OF THIS. WELCOME TO FR, NEWBIE
In most states, a predicate for an election contest is the certification of the vote by the state. The contest may now proceed. The Democrats and the media want you to believe that it’s over. It isn’t.
Kampala Harris had nobody, NOBODY, at her Las Vegas rally, but the Democrats won Nevada?
Yeah.....
Sure.....
“The court action drew extra scrutiny amid legal efforts by the state GOP and Trump campaign to prevent sending vote-by-mail ballots to all 1.82 million active registered voters and then to stop the counting of the 1.4 million votes that were cast.”
Who here is surprised they didn’t get all 1.82 million back?
That’s what VBM is ya know...expanding the franchise. Allowing the Community Organizer to vote on behalf of those who are unable and unwilling to vote for themselves.
They’ll even deliver the ballots!
Thought I remembered it that way. Thanks.
