I didn’t say she was intentionally undermining him. The guy in that video suggests that she’s pursuing a completely inept strategy for his type of legal battle.
I was just asking, because it seemed like that might be what the person I was replying to was suggesting via the video they linked to.
Rudy Giuliani can’t talk about the constitutional rights of 75-80 million Americans because he’s not representing them. That’s what got the case dismissed in PA. The judge correctly pointed out that Trump’s legal team never once explained how they are representing millions of Pennsylvania voters when they never produced a single example of one who had been allegedly “disenfranchised.”
That wouldn't be hard to explain.

It would be IMPOSSIBLE to explain. Rudy Giuliani and his legal team have been retained by Donald J. Trump and his political campaign, not by 75-80 million Americans. Look at every court document they’ve filed and you’ll see Trump’s name at the top as the plaintiff in the legal action — not “Donald J. Trump and 75-80 million John Does and Jane Does, a.k.a. Deplorables.”
I agree with everything you wrote, this was so blatant as to be obvious even to low tech people.
The problem is assembling all of that, with concrete statistical evidence, testimony and physical evidence, will take months, we have days.
Realizing what this all means, that's the hard part.
