Crazed and Vicious Michigan AG Threatens to Criminally Charge GOP Lawmakers for Meeting with Trump on Stolen Election

Dana Nessel is the face of the modern day Democrat Party — lawless, unhinged, ignorant and angry as hell.

Earlier this month Nessel sent a cease and desist letter to a reporter Shane Trejo demanding he erase his #DetroitLeaks video that exposed voter fraud training in Detroit, Michigan before the November 3rd election.

Now Nessel is threatening to criminally charge GOP state lawmakers who met with President Trump in Washington DC on the stolen election.

Jonathan Hurley reported:

On Friday afternoon, leaders of Michigan’s Republican-controlled state legislature met with Trump in the White House at his invitation.  My column today explores the difficulty in any strategy to trigger an electoral college fight. However, the objections from legislators could focus on an host of sworn complaints from voters or irregularities in voting counts. We have not seen evidence establishing the type of systemic problems that would flip a state, let alone the election as a whole. While the legal team did raise some credible electoral concerns, I was also critical of Rudy Giuliani’s global communist conspiracy claim at the press conference this week. Some of these questions are being addressed in the courts. In the meantime, state legislators have a right to raise electoral objections and seek resolution in the legislative branch.

According to the Washington Post, Dana Nessel “is conferring with election law experts on whether officials may have violated any state laws prohibiting them from engaging in bribery, perjury and conspiracy.”  It is same weaponization of the criminal code for political purposes that we have seen in the last four years against Trump.  Notably, the focus is the same discredited interpretation used against Trump and notably not adopted by the impeachment-eager House Judiciary Committee: bribery.

While they are at it they can explain how 150,000 votes for Biden appeared in Detroit in the middle of the night?

eh?

AFAIK, we don’t know what, exactly, was discussed at that meeting between the leadership of the MI state legislature and Trump.

The only thing that’s been released to the public is that the two lawmakers in question have said that they didn’t hear anything that convinced them to take any action regarding the election in MI. That may or may not be true, but threatening to bring charges seems a bit... premature. And unnecessary, if it’s really true that no minds were changed or decisions made at said meeting.

Prosecutors have been given this power by the Supreme Court.

They have absolute immunity from lawsuit if they are doing anything related to "prosecutions".

They can lie.

They can bribe witnesses.

They can have personal conflicts of interest.

The Supreme Court, in the 1970-s - 1980-s held non of that could be grounds for a lawsuit

It is nearly impossible to hold them to account.

Michiganders made a drastic error by turning over their state to woke white chicks. They are hardwired to destroy.

Pretty good read explaining the T45ravesty we call Qualified Immunity

The landmark case of Harlow v. Fitzgerald (1982) articulated the modern formulation of qualified immunity that controls today

It is time to turn it around on them. There could be an ethical violation here on the Michigan AG’s part, time to report her to the bar association.

Can you explain, to us neophytes, how Qualified Immunity, relates to this scenario? Do the Republican Legislators have “qualified immunity”?

NO, But the AG Does, and if it were not for the Artificial Creation of Qualified Immunity by the Supreme Court, they could CRIMINALLY PROSECUTE her and Sue her in Civil Court for her Extortion Attempt.

Michigan Republican Legislature and former Gov Snyder, allowed in 2018 Medical MJ stores, purchase to be on the ballot. In addition, they allowed no reason absentee voting. This brought out more voters then usual in an election. It was a Dem sweep with Gov, AG, SOS.

Then you can blame the crappy, lack luster campaign of Schuette (R) who was running against Whitmer. Schuette, the AG was tied to Flint water crisis.

Sidney Powell was a Federal prosecutor for 10+ years, she fully understands what they can do and she wrote the book on being critical of the entire Federal Court System.
