They have absolute immunity from lawsuit if they are doing anything related to "prosecutions".
They can lie.
They can bribe witnesses.
They can have personal conflicts of interest.
The Supreme Court, in the 1970-s - 1980-s held non of that could be grounds for a lawsuit
It is nearly impossible to hold them to account.
