Two people have reportedly died and multiple others are seriously wounded following a mass stabbing at a California Baptist church on Sunday night.
The San Jose Police Department tweeted just after 8:40pm local time that officers had responded to a series stabbings at Grace Baptist Church, located on the 400 block of E San Fernando Street. ..
...It's currently unclear what led to the stabbings. No services were being held at the church at the time, according to police.
The SJPD said a number of 'unhoused' individuals had been brought inside the church in the hours prior 'get them out of the cold'.
Police didn't say whether any of the homeless individuals were involved. ..

We don't have a homeless problem in this country. We have an untreated mental illness problem. These people used to be in hospitals. Now they're tossed into the cold where they treat themselves with whatever street drugs they can get their hands on.
Plus drug and alcohol problems (which may co-exist with mental problems).
Wondered what was going on when I drove past.
Unhoused? That’s a word? It’s ok, officer. I’m ok to drive. I’m just unsober.
Another mass stabbing. We need to have that discussion about knife crime and its defenseless victims in Democrat states.
No good deed goes unpunished. That’s why I don’t do them.
And, the libs have nobody but themselves to blame for this.

Many of the mentally ill prefer the chaos and freedom of street life to the regularity, rules, and medication that define life in treatment. Such people are not tossed on the streets but are drawn there as an expression of their illness.

Unhoused individuals... Nice that the cops have gone PC too. Homeless , mentally ill people. Unfortunately that is the make up of a large part of the problem in Kommiefornia.
Notice how there is no mass hysteria, and the media are not hyping this, and there is no 24/7 news coverage.
I wonder what the church smells like after housing a number of unhoused individuals for the night...

Our church uses a church-owner building to provide “Shelter at the Inn” for various homeless in the winter. My wife will provide a meal. I always accompany her to drop off food...and I’m “prepared”.
Many of the housed people in California are also mentally ill....

It once was an All-American city. It even had some Republicans running it but that’s decades ago.
