you have heard more than you want to about voter fraud, much of it seems unlikely... but this is brilliant.
Dr. Coomer head of the Dominion Voting company presents the Imagecast Evolution Ballot Marking Device (BMD) at the 15:00 mark. It functions as an all- in-one (votes, tabulates, and prints the ballot) an(ADA) solution. ADA voters get a blank ballot to insert and the voter can use any ADA compliant input device attached to the unit or use the device itself. An internal printer marks the ballot for the voter and directly deposits into the ballot collection box.
Something important: These marks that are created on the ballot is that we have a huge library of handmade marks so it’s not a perfect oval that you are going to be able to identify like that was made by a machine. it’s a library of different random hand marks that look like somebody else used a Sharpie to vote the ballot. So you are never going to be able to say this is a ballot voted by the accessible voter, this is a ballot voted by a person.
Yeah, again it’s all about preserving voter anonymity, if you only have one or two disabled voters in a given precinct an if you’re using standard marking techniques where they’re an exact perfect fill of that oval you would be able to uh distinguish that ballot from somebody that just hand marked it. So this is one of those further steps that we do um to preserve that anonymity.
A library of different random marks avoid a ballot appearing differently from hand marked ballots becomes more critical.
In other words, their system prints electronically cast ballots that cannot be differentiated from a hand marked ballot.

Trying to do a recount is like trying to restore a computer with a virus with a backup that has the virus on it.
It may be visually indistinguishable from hand marked ballots, but the ink used will be different.
Any computer program is subject to hacking especially if it’s hooked in to the internet which Dominion apparently was. Anyone could create any anonymous ballots they wanted.’And they did.
yes, any computer can be hacked, but this is much worse, it actually prints paper ballots with random fill in marks, and then inserts them randomly into the valid voter stack, and creates an almost undetectable fraudulent ballot.
I am certain this could be done remotely as well.
People have theorized that Fox calling AZ for Biden was a coded msg to other states they needed to get their Fraud on..

Sharpies leave a chemical marker different from a printer generated one. I would suggest the “bleed test” where a solvent that is known to cause the Sharpie mark to bleed but not the printer generated one. Takes just a few seconds per ballot.
There is no ink. From what I am able to discern, a printer deposits TONER on the ballot which (in normal laser printers) gets fused with heat. So you should be able to easily identify which ones used legitimate ink versus those that were marked by a printer with toner.
Now I’m just guessing here.
Incorrect. A deposited printer toner in a circle is easily distinguishable from an ink mark in a circle. There's a whole field of forensic science dealing with pen inks and laser printers for fraud detection. It would be time consuming, but it is doable.
