More importantly, the jackass governor of PA did his constituents a huge favor by parading around in a large “Black Lives Matter” protest back in June. He completely undermined any legal argument that could be made in favor of lockdowns, limits on crowd sizes, mandatory social distancing, etc. That’s why the PA government and its mutant Health Secretary have been consistently losing court battles over this sh!t when people stand up and fight back against them.
You already had lax enforcement in a number of rural areas of Pennsylvania going as far back as the summer. Huntingdon had masks as just a recommendation and people were hanging out in hotels and the Greenwood Furnace state park as far back as July. Even the cashiers at the gas stations in the town weren’t wearing the masks, just the plastic barrier with the hole to hand the credit card or cash through.
