So an illegal, unconstitutional law will not be enforced. For now.

These stupid regulations will never be enforced in PA. For one thing, it’s ludicrous to expect the police to assign any staff to enforce this idiocy.

More importantly, the jackass governor of PA did his constituents a huge favor by parading around in a large “Black Lives Matter” protest back in June. He completely undermined any legal argument that could be made in favor of lockdowns, limits on crowd sizes, mandatory social distancing, etc. That’s why the PA government and its mutant Health Secretary have been consistently losing court battles over this sh!t when people stand up and fight back against them.
