President Donald Trump’s campaign lawyers said Saturday they would file an appeal to the Third Circuit court after a federal judge dismissed a lawsuit to challenge the results of the election in Pennsylvania.
Trump 2020 attorneys former Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis said in a statement:
Today’s decision turns out to help us in our strategy to get expeditiously to the U.S. Supreme Court. Although we fully disagree with this opinion, we’re thankful to the Obama-appointed judge for making this anticipated decision quickly, rather than simply trying to run out the clock.
The lawsuit argued that the legal guarantee of “equal protection under the law” was violated after counties where voters were primarily Democrats took different approaches than counties where voters were primarily Republicans to help voters with problems with their mail-in ballots.
U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew Brann dismissed the suit on Saturday “with prejudice,” issuing a stinging rebuke to the campaign for trying to “disenfranchise almost seven million voters.” He wrote:
One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens. That has not happened.
Ellis and Giuliani argued that their evidence showed that 682,777 ballots in Pennsylvania were cast illegally, after poll workers denied the Republican party’s right to independent review, and said they wished to present their evidence in court.
“This is just an extension of the Big Tech, Big Media, Corrupt Democrat censorship of damning facts the American public needs to know,” they wrote.

Either way we are in for a hell of a ride. If the pukes dont get thier way its mayhem in the streets and maybe, maybe we can get this under control by force or expected force. If the pukes get thier way the same scenario we see burning looting rioting and lawlessness will be accelerated where they will be entering areas outside of they rat cities the infest and we the people will be forced to step in and it will get real ugly real fast and our enemies in the streets will be supplied by our enemies here and abroad.

If Pres. Trump had won on election night, they would have done that anyway. Now when the SC overturns this election in favor of Pres. Trump they are going to feel justified in throwing a temper tantrum and burn cities to an ash with no restraint and no regard for law.

What “seven million voters”, Brann ? Show themselves. Where were the rallies with the tens of millions of Plugs the Pedo/Whore voters ? They don’t exist.
When it goes to the Supreme Court, that is when the American public that loves this country, need to show up outside the Supreme Court. Make plans now to show up.
But no majors network will report this. Only Trump lost.
I don’t think the Supreme Court will hear the case.
This hack did us a favor by not sitting on this case, like sullivan is sitting on General Flynn's case.
The Trump strategy is to get to SCOTUS, quickly, by avoiding all of the minor courts and sidelines.

I don’t share your optimism . IF it gets as far as the SC they will not rule in Trump’s favor . None of them want to end up like Scalia .
The Supreme court takes up decisions made by lower courts where the defense and the plaintiffs had made their case and a decision was handed down based on evidence. But how often does it take up cases that had been dismissed with prejudice by lower courts?
I guess that now that CatOwner is gone from here, some people are continuing his legacy, lol.
