Pennsylvania officials can certify election results that currently show Democrat Joe Biden winning the state by more than 80,000 votes, a federal judge ruled Saturday, dealing U.S. President Donald Trump's campaign another blow in its effort to invalidate the election.

Judges rule...or so they think.
Yes they will ... they have for decades ... perhaps that makes them overconfident ... but they are serious, organized and unified - something conservatives are not.
Right now they have the upper hand and have taken action - conservatives has postured and blustered, but done nothing. I’ve even heard that DJT’s inner circle has urged him to give it up. I hope not, but that’s what I’ve heard.
Another corrupt Judge.
What a Surprise.
A BIDEN WIN WOULD BE AN AWARD TO CHINA FOR USING COVID 19
Every time an American looked at an item for where it was made in it came from China. Now China’s reliance making everything was being threatened by a change in leadership in America which was a major consumer of those products. When Americans hailed their leaders decision to make many of them in their country US. Their politburo worried.
Worse yet opponents to the Chinese regime in power had its citizens protesting its policies , as in Hong Kong, since that change in American leadership wave the American flag and present Trump’s name when doing so. All of which presented those in power the need to destroy that leader Donald Trump.
Would a runaway plague created by a nation which could threaten populations of an enemy cause them to react by demanding extreme restriction of movement by its population to prevent its spread ? Thus wind up fragmenting its economy and create defeat for that leader’s upcoming election.
Interesting post, but it doesn’t seem to be referencing my post you are replying to. Care to clarify for me?
Some of the judge's "reasoning" (diktat) is given in the Twitter thread.JUST IN >>> Federal judge DISMISSES Trump Campaign's lawsuit seeking to block Pennsylvania from certifying election results. pic.twitter.com/cODZgYhvfO— Alex Silverman (@AlexSilverman) November 21, 2020
He also spent years as a Republican party official in Pennsylvania.
Federal judicial service
On May 17, 2012, President Obama nominated Brann to be a United States District Judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania,
Corrupt judges are a law unto themselves. Thou shalt have no other branches before us!
>>It will be moving its way to the Supreme Court.<<
If all that I’ve been reading comes to fruition...this ain’t the last word.
All motions DENIED AS MOOT
I don’t know what the other poster said, but I believe it was a matter of Obama putting up a Republican judge nominee (this guy) to also get his preferred Democratic nominee through the Senate with no issues. They were both nominated on the same day.
This is getting monotonous ...
But.still.Patience
I think the judge’s reasoning is flawed.
Because Pennsylvania (or any state) doesn’t (or may not) decide the general election in the Electoral College is no reason to disenfranchise the legal votes of citizens by overwhelming their choice for President of the United States with a flood of fraudulent votes.
Sorry it was to the commenter above you - I must have clicked the wrong comment, again sorry
“They told Brann the remedy the Trump campaign sought, to throw out millions of votes over alleged isolated issues, was far too extreme, particularly after most of them have been tallied.”
It seems to me they’re saying sure we cheated but we counted already so it wouldn’t be fair to change our fraudulent results. And the judge agreed.
Good news...now it moves up the ladder towards SCOTUS
In other words it doesn’t matter HOW MUCH THEY CHEAT to say that they cheated would be a bad thing.
The judge is a Republican
I agree. There is also so much occurring that we are not previe to. Just have to get out the popcorn and watch it occur which at times is not easy.
