Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp said Friday that will "follow the law" and sign the paperwork that officially grants the state's 16 electoral votes to President-elect Joe Biden.
State law requires Kemp, a Republican, to award Georgia's electoral votes to the certified winner of the presidential election. A federal judge on Thursday rejected a last-ditch lawsuit that tried to block certification, and Biden's victory was certified Friday afternoon by Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
"Earlier today, Secretary Raffensperger presented the certified results of the 2020 general election to my office," Kemp said at a news conference. "Following Judge Grimsberg's ruling yesterday, state law now requires the governor's office to formalize the certification, which paves the way for the Trump campaign to pursue other legal options and a separate recount if they choose."

The Governor and the Secretary of State have enjoyed kickbacks from Dominion Voting Systems, alleged of course. The fix is in and the election has been well and undoubtedly stolen. You peasants get back to your place where you belong.

There is enough, but Georgia isn’t over yet.
There are plenty of contested states left, but the Georgia fraud is so blatant and massive that it is unthinkable (imho) that the US Supreme Court will let it slide.
Kemp and his SOS are suspect. The State Ethics Committee needs to audit their personal finances and donors. The audit should further include their family members and Foundations. Chinese fortune cookie might turn up.
They certified the same fake ballots as last time.

My understanding is that once they certify, Georgians can sue. I’m up for a class action.

I had to laugh at the Raffensperger for saying the numbers don’t lie, well oops, they did find 2,000 votes in favor of Trump in the recount in red counties. How many “errors” were let slide in the blue counties?

That is just two counties—more than enough fraud in just those two counties to change the state outcome.
