I wonder if they are caught between a rock and a hard place, since it is so evident that they know that they would be certifying all sorts of stinky, fraud involving stuff.

He’s going to certify Senile Joe as the winner.

He has Dominion ties, too.

Can someone who certifies an election be charged with election fraud?

Only if it is proven they knew and certified anyway.

That would make them a co conspirator in defrauding the United States.

Absolutely, if they know the totals are inaccurate. Election certification is one of the primary responsibilities of the Secretary of State, and their potential corruption should/would be one of the first things investigated.

Kemp Is a mixed bag.I think he’s been good in some ways, but he’s weak and the Dem mayors overrule him on their city restrictions...and fraudulent voting. I think Trump’s unmerited criticism of him for keeping Georgia open during the time when Trump was in the thrall of Fauci left bad blood, and that’s why he hasn’t been more vocally supportive. But I do think he wants to see the right thing done, and I think he’s a little POed at having Georgia being used as a the southern fraud center.

He’s just stating GA law. The Secretary of State certifies the vote results. The Governor takes that and certifies the electors.

I think what happened is that Idiot used language he was not allowed to do as per law.
It is Kemp’s job to certify results

but I dont know that for sure..i didnt drill down on the details

like...SOS certifies Tally but Gov certifies results

Yep. Both he and the SOS likely took kickback monies to allow Dominion to provide their vote-flipping software and machines. They’re up to their necks with Dominion. They know it...so does the Trump administration and a host of others. They’re trapped: damned if they do and damned if they don’t. Those that sleep with mangy dogs get fleas.

The fake news media is saying everywhere that even the Governor certified, which is an outright lie.

This local GA station says he has until tomorrow.

I heard on Bannon’s show this is to allow the results to be contested.

“SOS certifies Tally but Gov certifies results”

Puts him in a bit of a pickle if he certifies results that include the illegal votes resulting from the SoS making side deals. SoS already certified fraud, now the Gov has to support fraud or repudiate the results.

just a cursory review of various things on twitter it seems the wording is he WILL sign off on it..not that he did sign off on...so that is in line with what you are saying

I think Georgia requires two certifications. First the Secretary of State (which happened today - he certified). Second the governor.

Doesn’t look like the governor has a choice. The law requires him to certify and no court has stepped in to stop the process.

*****************
Governor Kemp states this publicly, yet doesn't formalize the certification of election results.

Sidney warned all who may certify fraudulent election results.

If he knows about the fraud, and hesitates, then he probably knows the jig is up, and truly is caught between a rock and a hard place.

If he certifies, the election results can be challenged in court.

Maybe he's looking for a way out.

This SOB has to go. I don’t care if Stalin replaces him. He needs to be made an example of.
