As we detailed previously, yesterday’s press conference held by the Trump legal team was not for the faint of heart.

As Jonathan Turley writes, the team alleged a global, Communist-backed conspiracy to “inject” and “change” votes through the use of the Dominion computer system. It was exhausting and breathtaking. I was critical of the press conference as being long on heated rhetoric and short on hard evidence. Dominion issued a statement categorically denying the allegations.
The question is whether Dominion itself will now sue. The company denied the allegations but I often measure such denials by whether anyone actually sues. Dominion could do so and force the Trump team to reveal the evidence supporting their allegations or face potentially significant liability. I assume that counsel like Sidney Powell would not make such allegations without proof, but the press conference did not make such evidence public. But these are not just colorful but criminal allegations against named companies and by implication corporate officials and political allies.
Trump campaign counsel repeatedly accused Dominion and its officers of criminal conduct and business improprieties. Those are categories of “per se defamation” under the common law. No special damages must be shown in such per se cases. Individual officers could bring defamation claims and the company itself could bring a business disparagement action.
Businesses can be defamed like individuals if the false statement injures the business character of the corporation or its prestige and standing in the industry. In Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. v. Greenmoss Builders, Inc., 472 U.S. 749 (1985) the Supreme Court allowed a business to sue...

Lots of rumors have been flying around. One of the rumors was that these are actually CIA servers, on a US military base in Germany, and the US government simply took possession. No reason for Merkel to raise a fuss. Of course, if true, it raises the question of CIA involvement. As an undercover sting to get Dominion? Or as Deep State being caught red-handed?
Dominion can’t Sue For defamation the case has been proven their equipment can be made to rigged counting.
I think suing Trump’s legal team would be the best thing that could happen, which is why they won’t, bolstering Trump’s claims.
My understanding is that the CIA was kept in the dark about this.
It cracks me up when people say this election fraud took everyone by surprise, including Trump. I think he’s been planning for it for at least two years, if not longer.

From what I understand, Dominion’s executive have gone to ground. Some Federal Marshals will have to ferret those weasels out.
So Sidney, Rudy et. al. put everything at stake yesterday at a personal level.

To understand this you have to believe that the information about Chavez is true and correct.
We will assume that it is true for the sake of argument.
What does that mean?
It means CIA knew.
It means CIA either actively or tacitly approved.
My guess is they knew and there were Cut outs involved.
Also, if Dominion is not called before Congress in at least a perfunctory way...Gang of 8 knows.

If Dominion is an intelligence operation they are not going to sue in any meaningful way.
The lack of lawsuit, in this case, does not mean they are guilty of US tampering (even though they may be.)

What are you saying is so spot on? That Powell hasn’t presented evidence or that you agree with Powell says or is Tyler Durden (or whomever he is) being the neutral, “entertaining journalist” again?
