His other great point is that the use of decimals shows the “override pick your own winner” feature was used. Let me find that.

Just because those ballots were reported in 2:38 does not mean that the time to process them was 2:38
Circumstantial evidence has convicted thousands of criminals.
Yesterday Rush said the reason the count was stopped simultaneously in these crooked Democrat states is Trump was so far ahead it broke the rigged algorithm and they had to adjust for it.
I pray that can be proved.
Just has to be more probable than not in a civil court.
Nobody is on trial for a crime. Yet.
But the fact they selected the fraction vote option where the system can be rigged is the great find in the affidavit. That’s a smoking gun.
Well the fact they processed any means they lied to the public and Republican poll watchers about shutting everything down a few hours. Right?
Second, we have eye witnesses that saw them bring in the batches to count. Otherwise, where’d the ballots come from?
Third, it opens the door they just put in a memory card preloaded or the internet access opened the back door to manufacture the votes.
Finally, the best thing in the affidavit is the fact they chose an option to count fractional votes thst allows users to manufacture votes.
Here’s how it works. Once we prove by a slight tipping (over 50% proof) that the results aren’t reliable, it goes the the legislature to decide or more likely to SCOTUS where all of this is headed. There eventually we will win.

In science this is the long-standing gold standard of evidence for drawing a conclusion. All other evidence is less acceptable.
Can the legal profession, in a technological era when other evidence is convincingly faked and subject to doubt, not accept scientific indicators?
All acceptances of evidence are by probability of truthfulness.

Problem is that’s a 19th century tactic in 2020. Text messages. Videos of the fake ballots coming in. Digital fingerprints. People flipping when confronted with jail time.

Why would software that’s supposed to count votes (and that’s all it should be doing) have all these other features?

the machines take about 10 seconds to process a vote...
that is 6 votes per machine per minute...
figure 6 machines per precinct times 4 precincts...
24 machines at 6 votes per minutes is 144 votes per minute..
using 2.5 hours processing time, these machines can tabulate a total of 8,640.00 votes per hour...
total of 21,600 votes...
384,733 votes were tabulated by these 4 precincts in that time...
384,733 divided by 24 machines is 16,030 votes per machine..
16,030 divided by 2.5 is 106.86 votes per minute per machines...
mathematically impossible
sorry, last line should be 16030 divided by 150 minutes

Also have to look at the other countries that used the system. Powell suggested members of BOTH parties may have paid major money to steal elections. Likely a foreign weapon used by DS as well.
Is there any circumstance whatsoever where vote totals would have a decimal point?
If so, what part(s) of the human voted? The brain, right foot, left cheek, armpit? If they voted Biden, it sure as hell wasn’t the brain.
Toss out any State that has voting totals that are not whole numbers and revote using systems that are not corrupt.

So what is the explanation that disproves it? Why the spike and overwhelming votes for Biden?
Statistical analysis. We have statisticians and mathematicians going over the returns that are now in and are available. What they are doing is they are going to show that the anomalies are so out of bounds that the results are not believable. And therefore that is evidence in and of itself.
