There are “small amounts of votes” all over the place. Also fraud should never be allowed whether it affects the outcome or not.

Did you ever hear, “It’s the principle of the thing”? As the lawyers have said, it’s not necessarily about Trump, it’s about America and “free and fair elections”.
If this is how it was done elsewhere in Philadelphia, for example, their votes will be thrown out. This judge has established precedent.
