Rudy Giuliani and other lawyers representing President Donald Trump’s campaign outlined their case Thursday that the Nov. 3 presidential election was so deeply flawed in several key states that the results should be overturned in the president’s favor.
Giuliani said there was a pattern to the alleged irregularities in key states that suggested, he said, a “plan from a centralized place” to commit voter fraud in cities controlled by Democrats.
He said widespread adoption of vote-by-mail had allowed Democrats to take big-city corruption practices nationwide. “They picked the places where they could get away with it.”
Here are the key allegations the lawyers presented:
1. Observers were allegedly prevented from watching mail-in ballots being opened. Giuliani said that many mail-in ballots were opened without observers being able to check that they were properly signed, a key protection against fraud. Those votes, he said, were “null and void,” especially where the envelopes had been discarded, making recounts useless.
2. Allegedly unequal application of the law in Democratic counties. In Pennsylvania, whose state supreme court created new, relaxed voting rules before the election, Giuliani alleged that absentee voters in Democratic counties were allowed to “cure” defects in their ballots, while voters in Republican counties, which obeyed the state law as written, were not.
3. Voters allegedly arrived at the polls to discover other people had voted for them. Giuliani said that many provisional ballots cast in Pittsburgh were submitted by people who showed up to vote in person, only to find be told that they had voted already. He alleged that Democrats had filled out absentee ballots for other people, hoping they would not show up.

I hope they’ve got a bunch of affidavits from people who discovered somebody had voted for them. This after the dead and people who moved away is the third big source of fraudulent ballots.
10. Our corrupt media is equally as dangerous as this massive historic fraud on American voters.
Trump’s lawyers are ready to prove in court that the accusations are not “alleged”.
He would have to know that the Dems would return the favor by arresting him and destroying his businesses if they managed to win.
Here's the BIGGER point that I wish Guiliani would've covered: In many states such as the one I live in, I have to provide my signature before I can vote.
If mail-in ballots are counted and they do NOT have a signature, that's a violation of equal protection under the law.
That all voters in predominantly Republican counties were assumed to be Republican voters, and therefore denied the ability to "cure" their ballots is also a violation of equal protection.
If I were on the President's legal team, I'd go after every single mail in ballot in PA, WI, AZ, GA, etc.. and have every mail in ballot that doesn't have a signature thrown out for violation of equal protection.
The most insidious power the media has, is the power to not tell the truth.
Donald Trump is trumpeting a data study showing that Dominion voting machines in contested states systematically stripped 2.5 million votes from Trump. In addition, the same software systems gave 500,000 of Trump’s votes to Biden. Naturally, Democrats disagreed, with AP publishing a shrill and shoddy rebuttal. The data is out there, though, so people can reach their own conclusions.
On Thursday, Nick Chase alerted American Thinker readers to a straightforward data analysis showing that, throughout the November 3 through 4 vote counts, Dominion voting systems abruptly and repeatedly deleted votes from Donald Trump entirely, while at other times transferring votes from Trump to Biden. The total change was 3,000,000 lost Trump votes and a 500,000 vote gain to Biden.
These changes never happened in the other direction. That is, there was no data showing that Dominion software either deleted Biden votes or transferred any of them to Trump.
You can read here the post that describes the data used and steps taken to reveal these vote deletions and transfers. However, because it’s written in geek speak, some translation is in order.
What tipped off the research was that people watching CNN noticed that Trump’s and Biden’s vote counts in Pennsylvania instantaneously reflected a 19,958 vote switch, with Trump loosing that number and Biden gaining that number. Someone named “Pede” (short for centipede) was intrigued. Nick Chase explains: Pennsylvania uses Dominion voting systems, which forward their data to Edison Research, which then Javascript-encodes it and sends it on to the New York Times and the networks. So "Pede" downloaded the Edison data for Pennsylvania from the New York Times at this address and analyzed it to locate all similar vote switches, as well as for votes that just went missing. 2. Paper Ballot fraud (late night ballot dumps from a truck, all with Biden filled in with perfect circles).
3. Software fraud (Dominion vote-switching stuff).

Sydney Powell said a very disturbing thing about the confiscation of the servers in Germany. She didn’t know if good or bad guys got them. If one of the alphabet agencies got them, they may as well have been picked up by CrowdStrike.
As Sidney Powell said, those were the small potato fraud. The bigger fraud involving 100’s of thousands of votes was done at 4 AM on November 4th using Dominion software.

The SOS allowed vote curing for Dems BEFORE the ballots were supposed to even be looked at, the republicans followed the law and were NOT allowed to to vote curing UNTIL ELECTION DAY Dems were curing ballots far before Election Day!!! ILLEGAL!!!
How are they going to prove to the courts that election data is being routed to servers overseas as Sidney Powell claims?
