Here's the BIGGER point that I wish Guiliani would've covered: In many states such as the one I live in, I have to provide my signature before I can vote.
If mail-in ballots are counted and they do NOT have a signature, that's a violation of equal protection under the law.
That all voters in predominantly Republican counties were assumed to be Republican voters, and therefore denied the ability to "cure" their ballots is also a violation of equal protection.
If I were on the President's legal team, I'd go after every single mail in ballot in PA, WI, AZ, GA, etc.. and have every mail in ballot that doesn't have a signature thrown out for violation of equal protection.
