No national news story that I have found highlighted the most important finding of all: extreme quarantine plus frequent testing and isolation among military recruits did nothing to stop the virus.
The study is important because of the social structure of control here. It’s one thing to observe no effects from national lockdowns. There are countless variables here that could be invoked as cautionary notes: demographics, population density, preexisting immunities, degree of compliance, and so on. But with this Marine study, you have a near homogeneous group based on age, health, and densities of living. And even here, you see confirmed what so many other studies have shown: lockdowns are pointlessly destructive. They do not manage the disease. They crush human liberty and produce astonishing costs, such as 5.53 million years of lost life from the closing of schools alone.
The lockdowners keep telling us to pay attention to the science. That’s what we are doing. When the results contradict their pro-compulsion narrative, they pretend that the studies do not exist and barrel ahead with their scary plans to disable all social functioning in the presence of a virus. Lockdowns are not science. They never have been. They are an experiment in social/political top-down management that is without precedent in cost to life and liberty.

Democrats are still willing to give it a try though if they are not voluntarily obeyed without question.
We have effective therapeutics (HCL, Regeneron, steroids etc) and two vaccines upcoming (Moderna, Pfizer).
The mortality rate with these treatments will be driven down to 0.1%-ish and will be on the same level as the ordinary HxNx influenzas.
There’s no point in babbling about quarantines to isolate the virus. It can be treated. We learn to live with it and work on bottling it up in China. Our people will end up with herd immunity in a matter of a year or two and it will be irrelevant.
Patriots wait studiously for a military quarantine.
Bothers in arms.
Obviously, blue state governors don’t give damn about scientific fact. They just want the economy to tank and people on unemployment again. This is cruel tactic and is unwarranted!
They a new CCP dropped the covid bomb in the first place to manipulate people and the economy against Trump. They are OBSESSED with Trump and are willing to make Americans suffer just to tank the economy. This is CRIMINAL. There is no law that says we have to do as these blue state governors say!
Fook ‘em and go about your business. Masks are worthless too. Many petard already immune. The numbers of cases are grossly inflated. Do you hide from influenza A and B? You could end up in the hospital with these too.

It’s not about stopping the virus. It never has been. It’s about methodically removing our freedoms. When we can’t assemble and we can’t publish online and we are disarmed and unemployed.... then utopia can begin. Get it? Yeah neither do I but it’s a thing
