Scytl maintains a series of databases that all sorts of voting companies (down at the bottom of the pyramid) report up to. If ES&S (Election Systems & Software) is running your election, it will report up to a database called Clarity. Clarity is owned by Scytl. If Dominion is your vote counting company, it will upload to a database called Democracy Suite. That’s controlled by Scytl.
Clarity and Scytl are where all of the votes are residing.

Rep. Louie Gohmert told Chris Salcedo on Newsmax that people on the ground in Germany report that Scytl, which hosted elections data improperly through Spain, was raided by a large US ARMY force and their servers were seized in Frankfurt.

I think he’s referring to a software product to support vote reporting developed by SOE Corporation, which was bought out by Scytl.

So, where exactly, physically, are these votes stored?
It all apparently goes to a server in Frankfurt, Germany, which is owned by Barcelona Spain Multinational. And that’s who actually controls and reports your vote. That’s right, it’s sitting in a foreign server.
That is a different company, another poster provided the info, Clarity is a brand name owned by Scytl.
