In 2012, Scytl acquired all the assets of SOE Software, which was then America’s largest voting machine and software vendor. Scytl also acquired the trade name “Clarity Elections” and rebranded its American operations as “Clarity”.

Scytl maintains a series of databases that all sorts of voting companies (down at the bottom of the pyramid) report up to. If ES&S (Election Systems & Software) is running your election, it will report up to a database called Clarity. Clarity is owned by Scytl. If Dominion is your vote counting company, it will upload to a database called Democracy Suite. That’s controlled by Scytl.

Clarity and Scytl are where all of the votes are residing.

Thank you.

What are the status of these servers and databases? Who has them right now?

“If Dominion is your vote counting company, it will upload to a database called Democracy Suite. That’s controlled by Scytl.”

Did you word that correctly?

Democracy Suite is a Dominion product, not a Scytl product.
